Instructions are not very clear. The A and B were bit mark in the product, so you need to make sure the longest one goes to the front. They are mark L and R, however instructions doesn't state where is left and where us right. I installed by logic the left is on the driver side. Overall it fits nice and looks nice except for the stainless steel screws that were not black and they are noticeable on all the black rack. ... show more

I have not tested the cross bars, but they appear to be of great value. The installation was super easy. I gave the sturdiness 4 stars only because the 4 mounts are plastic, which is fine, but I suspect after years of age and weathering, they might become deteriorated to a degree.     • Broke before we got out of the driveway
The metal crossbar clips into a hard plastic bracket. Assembly was easy, we put J style kayak holder on the crossbars and before we left the drive way one snapped and broke right at the plastic portion.
