This is a great sauna box. It heats up efficiently and provides a great sauna experience. The chair is decent too. I'm 6'2" and I find it comfortable. It is made of quality material and is quite sturdy for being portable.

So it's not the same experience as a real sauna, but the price is affordable and it's so nice to use on a cold, wintry day. This is actually my second sauna of this type and I'm a fan. Setup is easy and the instructions, while not super detailed, were easy enough to follow. I don't care for the chair that's included but I do have a camping chair that's more comfortable. It heats up fast and overall it's easy to use. I feel that it wastes a lot of steam and heat above the head, so I've bought another smaller sauna tent that only goes up to the shoulders and has a hole with hood for the head. It's way more efficient than using the included tent, but the bigger one still works fine. Being able to sit and relax in the steam has done wonders for my stress. Sometimes it feels like my body holds onto stress and tenseness even when my mind is relaxed. This helps with that physical stress feeling, although I'm sure part of it is just sitting still without a screen for a while. Overall for me, the size, function, and portability make this worth it, even if the quality is just "fine." It'll be great to use all winter.

Mine personally came damaged, the poles and connector were broke. But everything else seemed like good quality, it was a pretty decent size when we had it laid out on the floor. Sad that I had to send it back, but I’m not sure if I would purchase again, just because it seems like a high price for it to come damaged. The installation instructions weren’t too clear and the video did not work.

I’ve been really happy with this portable sauna box. Putting it together was straightforward (more like popping a small tent open than building anything), and it came with everything I needed to get started - steamer, remote, and the folding chair. The big thing for me is it actually holds the steam in. Once it gets going, it stays nice and hot inside instead of leaking out everywhere, so the session feels legit. I’ve been using it after long days and it’s an easy way to get a good sweat without leaving the house. Folds down without taking up much space too.

The sauna box is fairly easy to setup, although the instructions are not very clear. It works as advertised, but you might want to get a different chair. The chair included is extremely small, and for larger folks, that will definitely not work. The nice thing is that the box/tent is large enough to accommodate a regular-sized sling chair. It is already a tight space, but being comfortable while sweating out those toxins is important. So, chair aside, let's talk about the box. It was easy to assemble, despite the instructions, and they do include a couple of spare bars just in case things do not go smoothly. I did not need those extra parts, and even with the lack of detailed instructions, it was fairly easy to setup. The steam generator works well. You do have to give it some time to get the box up to the temp, but once inside, it is delightful. The unit is portable, in the sense that the fully-assembled unit can be carried from room to room. You could also disassemble the unit if you do not want to use it routinely. It only takes about 10 minutes to assemble or to disassemble.
