This is a really good bicycle. It arrived four days early. The assembly instructions that came with it were difficult to understand and probably need to be amended. I found a video tutorial that was good and I had it together in about two hours. The assembly was fairly easy following the tutorial. Customer service was good. This bicycle is very well made and quite sturdy. It has a lot of torque and power. It's very fast! I ride it back and forth to work (about 14 miles round trip). I scoured the internet reading about Ebikes and I'm certain I hit a home run with this one. The torque and the power is ridiculous. You literally have to hang on or it will get away from you. The instructions for assembly leave a little to be desired. I found a couple videos that helped. Every single person that has seen it is blown away by how good it looks. It's the coolest looking bike I've seen. I literally want to ride it every where. Remember you heard it here, the first time you ride it you'll be astonished. You don't know me but trust me on this. The bike runs fast max is speed is 35mph But if you go full electric the battery will run out way faster Overall the bike gets a lot of mileage good for local/mid range commutes

Very good bike. I could not build it at the price. I bought this for it's hill climbing torque, and it's great. I keep it at level 3 locked in at 20 mph. I had this for a month and checked all the speed settings and it works as advertised. but as a older person I prefer the slower speed.

I bought two of these bikes, one for myself, the other for my wife. For me, great bike and I have really enjoyed it. Plenty of power, and so far great longevity with the battery. For my wife, the bike is too large. She is 5 foot, 6 inches. Sitting on the seat, her feet don't touch the ground. She tried ridding it, but had three crashes in a short amount of time. Since the bike has some scratches, and has been ridden some, going to sell it through the local classifieds and purchase a different bike sized smaller. Also, have been trying to find operating manuals for this bike. See videos on how to put it together, but nothing on adjusting the handle bars, front shocks, changing modes with the battery assist or any other general maintenance items. ... show more

They lying about the battery life though. 20 miles max all electric and I weigh 250lbs. The peddle assist works very well. And it really does go 35mph After a few weeks of owning it, I want to add another star. This bike couldn't be any better! It is very well built and strong. WELL worth the money.
