I was originally with T-Mobile and tried to use the phone, I was unsuccessful, then switched carrier to AT&T thinking it was the carrier, because this was a new phone. When I first turned it on, it went to the start screen but would not register any of my taps on the buttons I couldn't even press restart or power off. But I decided to hold down the power button and volume down button simultaneously for 6 seconds and it restarted again and then the screen worked after that. Very unhappy, things took a turn for the worst right away, wasn't compadable with visible cell eventhough it's unlocked.The camera was low quality on both phones, the screens cracked 3 months in. Right after the warentee expired. Since it was renewed they must have used a cheeper screen definatly not Samsung. Would not recommended, I have had on of these phones before so I knew what to expect. Not Sure if I will rebuy a phone from Amazon again. ... show more
