As stated on many other reviews the instructions that come with this can definitely use some improvement. Knowing this I made sure that I had a clear mindset before beginning assembly. For me the assembly wasn’t too bad. BE SIRE TO LOOK FULLY THRU THE MANUAL BEFORE TOU START. Overall I give this product a high rating. It’s pretty well built and offers a lot of different exercises depending on which model and acc you purchase. All the components work smoothly and it’s sturdy and nice looking. My only serious suggestion would be to enhance the cable where the various handles attach. It has a ball and plate on it and the plate could stand to be a bit larger to prevent it sticking in the pulley set up. Also mine showed up with a few small parts missing (probably from careless handling by shipper). I emailed the seller thru Amazon and the parts were shipped to me very quickly. Very appreciated!! Buy with confidence. It’s a good machine that functions well and all at a good price. I’m quite happy with it!

Style: Smith Machine with Handstand Attachment
This unit is extremely solid and well-built — the Smith machine glides smoothly, and the cable system works just as nicely. I’m really impressed not only by how sturdy it feels but also by the huge variety of exercises you can do with it. Putting it together was pretty time-consuming, but it was absolutely worth every penny. I’d still highly recommend this machine to anyone wanting a reliable home gym instead of a membership. No waiting for equipment, no driving to the gym, and no expensive monthly fees!
