I got delivery in just a few days, a delivery window of 3 hours, two great delivery guys, who kept me informed of their location and actual arrival. Nothing was damaged. The refrigerator is brilliant. We use a lot of fruit and veg and need a lot of refrigerator space for cook ahead meals too. I have a large freezer in the garage, so don't really need freezer space in the kitchen. Since my space is only 35" this fits perfectly. So far we’ve only had this up and running for 3 days. Works very well. It’s quite large, way larger than I was expecting but that’s great for us. When me and my husband were looking we wanted something big and when it showed up I was quite a bit shocked at how big it was but also please. We are using it in the kitchen as a full size fridge for now and it works great and has lots of room. We have an old full size freezer in the garage. I would love to replace it with one of these as well for the sheer size. I plan to wait a bit longer to make sure there are no issues with this one first and then we will probably buy a second one! Had it a couple days and everything works. Well packaged and delivered nicely, no dents or scuffs. The fridge didn't work too good but I might be doing something wrong. Freezer works great and delivery was great.

Around 18 months after purchase, the compressor died and we called in a repair technician and he was unable to locate parts for this brand. He said the compressor failed and it's impossible to get a replacement compressor from anywhere. This is a bad buy. Do not purchase

Received it a couple of months ago, and it's been great! Spacious, well built, gets down to -13F...no complaints at all. Just make sure you have a big door opening, cause it is very large, especially in height.

Delivered faster than expected. Box was very clean as if it came locally. Delivery was very professional and very careful. Love the fact that it can be refrigerator or freezer. I also love that you can set your temperature on the outside. Very nice looking too.
