This refrigerator stopped working within about two months of normal use. What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. For months, we were asked to send photos, videos, and repeat troubleshooting steps. After all of that, the company finally agreed to issue a refund — but then repeatedly delayed pickup and kept introducing new requirements that were never disclosed when we purchased the unit. Most recently, they refused to collect the refrigerator unless we provided the original freight packaging and pallet months after delivery — something no reasonable customer would keep. This effectively blocked the return while delaying the refund. The product failed quickly, and resolving the issue has taken far more time and effort than it should for a brand-new appliance under warranty. Based on both product reliability and the post-purchase support experience, I would not recommend this company. ... show more

    • Very nice refrigerator
Cost was a little pricey… But now that I’ve received the unit and have it plugged into electric so far, it is very spacious and looks like a very functional propane appliance. The delivery was a different story… Delivered by Amazon, too ridiculously inapt young men had no idea what they were doing And ended up damaging the outside of the refrigerator. Nowadays you just don’t get good workers. It’s a shame… But life goes on. ... show more

This is not a frost free fridge. The coils frost over every two days. Very disappointed.
