I needed this for my dog, to watch him while im gone and he can hear my voice, he has separation anxiety. So its doing its job just fine. It was kind of a pain to set up because you have to have 2.4G wifi not 5.G wifi to connect. But if you mess with it a bit i figured a way through Bluetooth to still somehow set it up. Also the quality isn't that good but it could be phone and lighting. And Doesn't rotate. But as i said, this small camera is doing its job for me and my dog. And at a good price ... show more

Other people complained about this being difficult to set up, in the beginning ask you to enter an account, I tried entering a username to set up an account, it said to use a different number, so I tried entering my phone number, it apparently wanted email. None of that mattered though once you get it set up it indicates that you have to pay extra for features that it has listed on the listing. To use any motion detection feature you have to pay an extra $10 a month, for cloud storage you have to pay an additional $10 a month, for alerts when motion is detected you have to pay an additional $10 a month. Not a total of $10 a month 10 to $15 per month per feature. I returned it and bought a different one that was only a few dollars more, where all of the features work and you can pay an optional $5 a month for additional cloud storage. ... show more

It's been incredibly valuable during my travels. I use my phones wifi and a battery to power this device, in my car when necessary. Sometimes I place it in the window of the airbnb, hotel, motel, etc.

The camera is hard to setup. It will not scan the QR code, it took me over 15 times of resetting the camera for it to finally scan the QR code. Then every 2 days the camera goes offline and doesn’t work. This is not a problem with my wifi or router. I have to completely remove the camera from the app and repair it , which takes about 10-20 tries to get it to rescan the QR code for it to work again, then 2 days later offline again. I would suggest saving your time and investing in a higher quality camera. They even sent me a replacement camera but it’s having the same exact problems so it’s not ideal when the camera keeps disconnecting and going offline every 2 days. What is the point or benefit from having a camera if I am away from home just for it to go offline? ... show more
