This is our go to parchment paper. These fit perfectly in my baking sheet pans. The paper lays flat and has never wrinkled. These not only save time, but they’re nontoxic and unbleached. I like that the company is environmentally friendly. They are certified by The Forest Stewardship Council. I definitely recommend these awesome precut pieces of parchment paper. I love the idea of pre cut Smartake Parchment Paper. I seem to struggle with cutting the rolled paper- the cutting edge ALWAYS getting damaged, and me ending up with odd torn sheets. So this looked like a great idea and was an exact fit for my baking sheets. The only problem is these are a stack of 200 sheets, 12x16 inches. I don’t know what I expected; maybe in a smaller box that I could pull out a sheet at a time and it would fit in my kitchen drawer? Not sure where we are expected to store this large but flat pack. So while the product is excellent and super convenient, I take away 1 star for lack of storage convenience. I’m sure I’ll figure it out, but just wanted others to be aware ahead of time, especially if you have a small or limited storage space in your kitchen.

I use these all the time whether baking or roasting. So much more convenient than ripping a piece from a roll. Heavy duty and they make clean up so much easier. The size varieties are also great but otherwise easy to fold to the size needed.

When I cook with these on a baking tray, food doesn’t stick and I don’t have to clean the tray afterward. The price is a little high, but the convenience makes it worth it.
