I ordered this lock because I was tired of hunting for keys when I had my hands full and also to update the curb appeal of our house. Installation Installation was easy. I had to drill a hole for the outer handle because we just had a normal knob before but besides that everything was easy with common household tools. Function and Design Everything seems to function fine right now. I’ve only had the lock for a short time, so I can’t say how well it holds up over years and years, however, the design feels high quality and it functions great as far as the keypad, voice control, etc. I’m a mechanic so I do have trouble with the fingerprint function, of course that’s not a fault of the lock it’s just me lol. My wife uses the fingerprint function all the time to get in. Price I was very pleased with the cost of this lock. Most other big brand locks were upwards of $300+ I would say this is a great product for the price. In conclusion, I would definitely purchase from this company again. Instructions were clear and simple. Templates provided for drilling if using a new door, multiple ways of opening the door using the lock. I shopped around for a Wi-Fi smart lock for my elderly parents and my elderly mother-in-law’s house and this was the perfect lock. I liked it so much I purchased one for my own house. It’s super easy to install. I installed it in about 20 minutes and had it programmed and coded for all the family. We all love it highly recommend and probably will be purchasing for my brothers house. I needed this product to upgrade my standard and very worn door lock set. It arrived very nicely packaged and, since I was replacing an existing lock set, it pretty much just slid into place. The physical installation took less than an hour. I had the app running an connected on my iPhone with no problem but had a couple of frustations with my wife's iPhone. I couldn’t get this lock to pair with my Bluetooth. I call customer service after 2 weeks a send emails back and forth. They told me to return it. Quality was very good. But with out being able to connect to Wi-Fi it useless.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this keyless entry door lock set to replaced the last one we bought three years and stopped working. It is the door that we use multiple times each day. We wanted a simple locking system and this fit our needs perfectly. It is not wi-fi, doesn’t need an app which is fine with me. To unlock the door, I just enter my four number code, use the fingerprint pad or the key(2 keys in your). Couldn't be more simple or problem free. Includes all hardware even screwdriver and drill bit. Another great feature is that automatically locked between 01 to 60 seconds after unlocking. deadbolt lock can be set up to 50 fingerprints for family members. This is one of my favorite locks I have ever had when it is working. The installation was easy, it is easy to code and is very responsive. It's perfect for our family, especially with three kids. However, the first lock we had only lasted a couple of months before something happened and the motor stopped working. Customer service was excellent and replaced the lock in a timely fashion.
