So this toilet seems to have a mind of its own. It comes with zero operating instructions. So just push a button and be surprised! It looks pretty, however, it does not flush well. the water trickles down one side to fill for the flushing operation, leaving any other toilet paper and unmentionable debris sticking to the bowl. So get used to grabbing the brush and cleaner every time you poop. Also, my plumber says that this is the first and only toilet he has ever seen that does not attach to the floor with bolts. It just sits there. Weird. It has not leaked yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it does. I was not able to get it installed within the return window, so I am stuck with it. ... show more

These toilets at first look and work well. I’ve purchased 3 and all of them have an issue around the water temperature settings and therefore don’t heat up. I’ve also returned one of the toilets and unfortunately the seller didn’t refund me. Not worth it. Spend the extra $ and get a kohler

The media could not be loaded. Had this toilet for just over a year. It would randomly do odd things. It would stop pre flush, filling back up, and water would randomly go cold. It would leave no water left in bottom of toilet. All randomly. I need to get it fixed but no one knows anything about this toilet. I loved the design, the functions and the remote. There is no remote. The toilet does not have a Bidet that I can see. Do not be taken. There is a list of bikes parts on the product info page. Don't be taken. Plus there is no way to anchor it to the floor.

After Flushing, water trickles down one side so the bowl stays dirty all the time, doesn't fill with much water. Good pressure when flushing but due to low water level and poor fill pressure it always stays dirty
