The media could not be loaded. The toilet was shipped and arrived on time (big plus and a great start). The packaging was first class. I am not a handy man but my son and I were able to install it without issues. Works as advertised. Great value and wow factor.

We purchased this until through our contractor who was renovating our master bath. Well the contractor abandoned the job, took our money but thankfully we still had the toilet but the top was damaged in shipping. I immediately contacted customer service and let them know about the issue and the quickly sent us a replacement. No questions asked, shipped with fedex too. I highly recommend this company!! Ferrno was there from start to finish and made sure we received the item without an issues and during installation. This is a company that stands behind their products with outstanding customer service! You can’t find that these days. If you’re thinking about buying from Deervalley, DO IT. You won’t be disappointed!
