    • EASILY paired new remote and existing bed base on first attempt!
Video instructions from New Rooms Direct to pair this new remote control and our bed base was provided with QR code links, no printed drawings or printed directions for actual pairing, but a phone number for help is provided. The first link led to YouTube video pairing directions, and it worked like a charm the ON THE FIRST TRY. Getting to the pairing button on control box located underneath the bed base was a little tricky, but doable for me. I needed to lift up one side of the bed, lean the heavy bed base on the wall next to the bed for safe support, but I found the pairing button easily, as depicted on the video. The pairing button on the new remote control is located under the battery cover, batteries provided but not installed with the new remote control. Having had the bed base stuck in one position for months, I was very pleased to have functionality back and well worth the price! ... show more

The product was advertised as the brands replacement. I payed $150 for a knock off that I could have payed $40 for. Not as advertised. Also, you don’t get all your money back!!! Please don’t make my $50 mistake. It’s not the real replacement remote. This is a scam

Just what I needed. After having my original die on me I thought I would be SOL and just having had surgery and needed the ability to put my bed into a position in order to sleep, having the remote die couldn't had happened at a worst time. Then I found this exact OMP on Amazon. Ordering with concern that it wouldn't be an easy as it was saying but it was.
