I enter the code and hit # and it sounds like it's trying to unlock, but doesn't. I have to rearrange everything I'm carrying and get the key. Annoying.

You get what you pay for in terms of quality and functionality. This was a super easy installation and set up process. Overall this was a step up from our previous lock which didn’t provide push notification when a door was unlocked by a user, however, the one flaw I’ve noticed is that the lock feedback on whether it is locked or not is not accurate. I had to buy a Horbill Door Sensor to help ensure that my door is locked when shut since the lock doesn’t accurately represent the current position. ... show more
