This is a really nice door handle and the price point was great for how nice it is. I love the French door handle and it looks really nice on the door. All you have to do is, stick your finger on the pad and it says "unlocked" as the door knob unlocks itself and it immediately locks itself behind you when you shut it. You have to download the app with it, to connect either, your thumbprint or your index fingerprint. It comes with two fobs and two sets of keys as well. You can even connect it with Google to unlock automatically just by voice. It's very simple to install and only takes two AA batteries, which are very easy to replace, although I haven't needed to replace them yet. The back comes easily off, on the inside of the door, them you put the new batteries in and replace the backing. Very simple. And another plus, no more locking yourself out of the house, as all you need is your fingerprint to allow you back in. ... show more

After researching for door locks that would fit the door that already had pre-drilled holes for the standard lockset on the bottom and deadbolt on top, I chose this lock because it seemed to fit the somewhat closer (tighter) space between the two original door holes. The casing of this lock fit just fine with a (little) room to spare between the top of the lock set and the deadbolt lock. Otherwise, this lock has performed much better than I had hoped. My wife and daughter love the fingerprint reader to enter, tho the options of a digital code works perfectly as do the key fobs, etc. We love that the lock is programed to relock itself when entering the house and closing the door behind you. Installation was very straightforward and simple. Setting up the interface with the app was also straightforward and went without a hitch. We've used it about six weeks now and would recommend this unit without hesitation. Sturdy, attractive, smooth operation, reliable, and reasonable cost. What isn't there to like? ... show more

I was supervising it, but he didn't even have to use the instruction. He was like I got it. We have had this code door lock installed for about a week. It was very easy to install, in fact I took the opportunity to have my 14 year old daughter do most of the installation as a way to learn how things work. She enjoyed the process and learned some new things about hardware and tools. So far we are extremely pleased with our purchase. The lock allows us to customize how each member of the family would like to unlock the door. My kids like having a code, my wife likes having the magnetic card key chain. I like having a code but carry one of the keys with me just in case. We have not used the temporary code feature yet. One feature that I really like is the automatic lock feature after opening the door. Safety is always on our minds with our daughters and this feature sets the lock right after opening the door and closing it. No forgetting to lock the door after you come in again. Overall was a good purchase for us, its one less thing to have to deal with when people forget their keys and someone has to run home to unlock it for them. Recommend this lock. ... show more

I like it a lot. The reason for 4 stars is the finger imprint doesn’t always work or you have to try multiple fingers. It does allow you to put in many fingers which is nice. Also I like that opposed to other similar products it comes with keys and a key fab. Lots of options to get in this door if the batteries fail. The App also allows you to open the doors and you can also send a passcode to someone for a one-time unlock code that I believe expires in a hours. I installed this on a side gate to the backyard. I wanted a combination lock for the gardener and pool guy. Wow, variable ways you can open this is a surprise. I can give different combinations to different people, and be able to monitor them. Amazing lock, priced like a regular lockset.

Arrive on time good on package. It’s an ordinary smart lock. Which you can access the lock from 3 different ways phone passcode and fingerprint. It’s pretty simple to install and setup only takes me couple of minutes to get everything done.
