If you are reading this review just go buy this lock! It is the best lock I have ever had! There is an app that goes with the lock. It goes with a regular key 🔑 and 2 electronic keys. You can use a code as well or unlock it with the app. I was on vacation and had a pet sitter looking after the pets. She had one of the electric keys. I was able to send her a code to use to get back in within seconds. The app also shows me that she used the code to unlock my door. You can also set up a fingerprint to enter as well. I am put at ease as a home owner having this on my door!!

So I didn’t read before buying and didn’t realize you couldn’t lock from inside but I actually love the feature that it’s always locked. That can be changed but I like it because I like in a mother in law suite in the back of my brothers home so it works great. My son knows the code and we never have to worry whether the door is locked now. The other thing I like about it is when it is locked the door knob just slips unlike regular door knob that is stiff. I also like that the keyhole is hidden behind the button, even though I haven’t tried the fingerprint I like that it looks like a camera. It works for my home which when I don’t live here is Airbnb’d. The app works and you can add multiple codes. I would imagine we would use the key only for emergency.

Overall the lock is well built and solid. Installation was simple but needed some slight woodworking skills. The electronic lock I replaced had the ability to be locked from the inside, this lock does not have that option which the company replaced with an "auto-lock" function. Without using auto-lock you have to either lock it from the exterior touch pad, or use the TTLock app. I gave it 4 stars because of the other features such as, biometric fingerprint, key fob, key access, touch screen and build quality. Would recommend use for inside room such as home office or closet.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been really wanting to have extra security and knowledge knowing my home is safe while I’m gone. I’ve decided that I wanted to upgrade my door lock situation and found that this one was going to work. It’s the smart door lock and it can be keyless. I Love that you can access it 5 different ways from fingerprints or having a code set in place. It does still come with keys but you can access it on your phone as well making it super convenient. It’s a super sleek design that will not be to bold on your front door. The product it self is 7.1 x 2.8 x 1.2 inches .The installation was super easy when following the directions. I love that it works with both left and right doors and that it will auto lock after closing it. You have so much control over the door lock especially with the app. If you are having someone watch your house you can give them a one time code and change after the guest is gone. You have access to over 250 plus different codes and can add how many fingers prints you need too. It has a one year battery guarantee as well the product is water proof. It gives you that extra sense of security while being away from your home.

For now, I can only give 4 stars because the lock does what it is intended for. Multiple fingerprints and for each household member; locked the door as soon as it is closed, sound alarm if the wrong pass code has been tried multiple times. Unfortunately, I can add only 1 key fob. When 1 is registered and you try to register the second one, it overwrites or replaces the first one. No support or answer from the seller yet.

The media could not be loaded. Modern and good looking smart door lock. It looks great on my office door, I got it so it's easy to open the door for me and my employees. I like that it has fingerprint option, or code, also you can manage it on your cellphone, this is so convenient for us because we can manage everything and keep track, also if someone wants to leave a package from another location for use I can just give the a one time code. The package comes with everything you need for instalation and pretty clear instructions. Sade and secure, is very accurate on the finger print readings, haven't had a problem on someone else trying to get in. I had several options on mind and I'm glad I chose this, good quality and also the best price!
