This smart lock has been easy for our household to use. Function wise, the keypad numbers are large and readable, even at night, and the backlight helps without being blinding. The buttons respond quickly when you press them, no “double tap” frustration. What I like is having options. Some people prefer a code, some want a physical key, and having a card option is especially helpful for kids coming home after school (less chance of losing a key). Installation was straightforward, and it looks good on the door without looking bulky. Being able to manage access through the app (like setting a temporary code) is also convenient when you need to let someone in.
