Fantastic Smart Lock!
Installation was pretty easy and took me about 30 minutes. The fingerprint reader and keypad respond quickly, and I like being able to lock the door with just one touch. You have multiple ways to unlock it, fingerprint, PIN, key card, physical key, and even the phone app. All of them work smoothly, and switching between them is effortless. It was very well packed and looks very strong in good quality. So easy to ensemble- I finished in 15 mins. And all ways are easy and good- fingerprint, code, and keys which is perfect for my parents who don’t like to use code. Very recommend

Amazing smart lock
This lock is very easy to set up. I haven’t used a smart lock before, but this was pretty smoothed to put on the door and easy to operate. I like that they come with additional screws and instructions are clear. It doesn’t draw too much power. I’ve had use this smart lock for 2 weeks and the battery is still super good. I also like this smart lock black and matte color, it’s modern and very pretty. Most importantly, I no longer need to carry keys 🔑! What a relief with this convenience! I Like It!
Previously, I purchased a different model from this company, but I had a locksmith install it (he did it in 15 minutes). So, since I needed a replacement deadbolt for my single lock front door, I bought this one. I'm not savvy with things, but I was able to install it by myself. I had trouble getting the lock to sync/connect with the app (tried for a couple of hours). I sent an email to the company and they got back to me within 24 hrs. Ultimately, they expedited a new lock to me (kudos to them for that), and the next day I installed the new lock. Like I said, I'm not savvy with any of this so I had to keep reaching out to them for tech support, but in the end, I got it done and it works great. I would give them another ⭐ if they had phone support (or chat on their website) to make things quicker/easier, but all and all, this was a good purchase. I suggest getting the brands "Gateway" to connect to your home's network for remote access. That's a game changer. ... show more
