This product is very intuitive to install. The quality is great and the design is perfect. I didn’t have to make any modifications to my door. It fits just right. I love how there are so many ways to unlock the door either fob, pin or biometric fingerprint.

This is my first Smart Lock that I had to install ourselves. Getting the lock installed was not a problem, but making it working properly was not completely smooth. Hope my review can be helpful to future buyers: 1. It is important to set in the "motor direction" in App, whether your door is left handed or right handed. The default in App is Right handled, but my home's door is Left. 2. Turn off the auto-lock in the App during initial set up at least before the lock can function properly without auto-lock. 3. It is also important to make sure your the lock bolt can go into the door frame easily and smoothly. My door unfortunately is very tight in this season and the strike plate on the door frame was also didn't align well, so the lock was error-beeping for a while with the wrong door direction, auto-lock and misalignment all messed up together. 4. I also noticed that pushing the check mark on the keypad doesn't always lock the door, however if you click the return first, then the check mark, it locks the door. 5. The App is shabby, but just sufficient to use. I agree with previous review there is no way to detect it is truly locked with the door, a typical scenario is bolt out while door open, so I choose to turn off the auto-lock and always manually lock with the check mark. This is not the easiest, but better than using the key, and safer.

Works great! The app has a bunch of features including multiple profiles with options for additional individual fingerprints, and even temporary codes for Airbnb type situations. Setup was easy enough, instructions are easy to follow. Fingerprint unlock is very fast. I didn’t see it on the product description but it comes with two physical keys and two fobs as well if you want to use those.
