Previously, I purchased a different model from this company, but I had a locksmith install it (he did it in 15 minutes). So, since I needed a replacement deadbolt for my single lock front door, I bought this one. I'm not savvy with things, but I was able to install it by myself. I had trouble getting the lock to sync/connect with the app (tried for a couple of hours). I sent an email to the company and they got back to me within 24 hrs. Ultimately, they expedited a new lock to me (kudos to them for that), and the next day I installed the new lock. Like I said, I'm not savvy with any of this so I had to keep reaching out to them for tech support, but in the end, I got it done and it works great. I would give them another ⭐ if they had phone support (or chat on their website) to make things quicker/easier, but all and all, this was a good purchase. I suggest getting the brands "Gateway" to connect to your home's network for remote access. That's a game changer. ... show more
