Easy to set up in the smart life app. Looks nice and feels high quality . Many different ways to unlock. But does NOT work with Alexa even with the wireless gateway Both connected and paired via Smartlife app and Alexa with the learned skill the device is never discovered. You can connect the locks with the gateway and control everything with the app if you’re away from home as far as changing codes locking and everything else works fine but asking Alexa to do anything with it will not work. I’ll be keeping the locks but possibly taking back the gateway since using it with Alexa was a main feature i got it for. ... show more

The lock was easy to install, the directions are clear to understand. The lock is made of heavy metal and is very sturdy and of good quality. We have been using this lock for over a week and we’ve not had any issues, all I need to do is use my finger print to open the lock. No more remembering codes!
