I am so happy with this collar. This allows me to have control whenever it is needed. Others , do not have a remote and does not always go off on time to train my dog who is very active. I do not use the electronic zapper and love the fact that there is the option for no studs poking at her neck at all. I attach it to her harness on the back bc the collar is kind of wide. I will be reattaching it to another smaller collar so it will fit better. FYI , it does not need to be tight around her neck either just put it anywhere and she can sense the vibration go off and immediately, she stops her bad behaviors. I bought it to use the vibrating feature. Works great!!! Five stars plus!!! So so happy with this purchase!

Got this for a cat who was overly aggressive. The progressive intensities for vibration and shock allowed for quick training. With appropriate use, you can get results with minimal negativity to your fuzzy friend. Now the cat doesn't need to be sheltered away and can be left alone with other animals. Downside, the collar is realllllly big and need to be trimmed to fit a cat neck.

I like everything about this collar, it fits my cat, works great, etc BUT it falls asleep (I'm guessing?) At first it was like hours before it would fall asleep from inactivity which was inconvenient but doable. Now it will fall asleep after like 5 minutes or random times which really defeats the purpose, and yes, battery is fully charged. The user guide says to consult the troubleshooting guide in the manual before contacting them and there is no troubleshooting guide.

I ordered this to help with training my monster Maltese dog. It has been a Godsend! I have the intensity settings on “1” which is just strong enough to get his attention without traumatizing him. I don’t use the shock feature. I have only used the vibrate and beep features with excellent results. The battery life has been exceptional. I highly recommend this collar!

UPDATE: That was great customer service, they saw my review and asked if I wanted to get a refund. That is great, you don;t see it often. _____ Well, I bought it end of July 2023 , started using it in aug 2023 and now early Nov 2023, it stop working. I never used the shock collar, really only sound, sometimes I accidentally use vibrate, but my dog responds to sound. Unfortunately, even though the collar is charged, the remote is charged, there is no sound or vibration. It sucks b/c now i have to get a new one, but I now know I'm looking for sound and/or sound vibrate only.

I inherited a small poodle mix when my mom passed. He weighs 10lbs and had numerous naughty behaviors. We purchased this collar and I have to say it works really well. The battery life on the collar seems to be 3-4 days. It is quite effective and easy to adjust the levels of training. We have an Australian Shepherd as well who has a much more expensive Garmin training collar. This one actually is easier to use, has better battery life and better range than the Garmin that was 4x the price. I’d like to purchase one for my larger dog as well if they made one!
