It's a great machine. I have had it for a months so far its doing a good job. It has some similar features as the vevor slushy machine. The motor gets stuck and stops spinning if the slushy is too think, and temp set too low. Great value for the price tag. They have a service number to call. Hopefully they have parts as well.

Bought this for our office, regret buying it for sure.... Poor quality, the machine quit working after just 3 weeks, conveniently after the return window for Amazon had closed so now I'm out the money and stuck with a useless piece of metal. Tech support is awful and it will cost more to fix the machine that I paid for it. So if you buy one of these, make sure you're ok with spending the money for about a month of use..... The machine worked ok for about 3 weeks. Freeze time for margaritas was about 90 minutes with the machine inside, so it was a little slow. I would not use it outside in the heat, as I don't think it would freeze at all. Controls worked ok. Machine was relatively easy to clean. I did tear one of the rubber seals when cleaning the machine. I called two times trying to buy a replacement and wasn't able to get anyone to answer the parts phone. I ended up going to Home Depot and buying the closest size seal I could find and it worked ok - it leaked a little, but just a few drips a minute, which I could have lived with.

So far all is great! Works as described and easy to clean. We have made 30 or so different slushy and has preformed flawlessly. If it lasts for yeasrs I would definitely recommend it. We will see.

At first we couldn't figure out how to make margaritas because their manual that comes with the product is hard to understand. But I found their Youtube channel and was able to get the info in very short detailed videos. I also emailed customer service and they were VERY responsive. I took 1 star off because I think they should at least notate on the manual that there are instructional videos on Youtube.

The first time we tried to use it, the system didn't even get cooled. Customer service answered once and asked for a picture to be sent, then no response until after I sent several messages asking for updates. Then I finally received a response that the technician is in China and they won't receive any suggestions until tonight... 🤬. In the meantime, Amazon support tried to assist, but their suggestions didn't work so eventually I ended up having to return it. It really sucks because we wanted to serve slushies at an event tomorrow. ALWAYS check products before you need them! My bad for assuming a product would work just because it appears fine and turns on.🤦♀️ SO frustrating!!!
