Instead of making us wait or go through a complicated repair process, they sent us a brand-new replacement unit right away. Later on, when the replacement handle became available from their manufacturer, they followed up and sent that to us as well. ***********************EDITED UPDATE AT BOTTOM**************************** VIDEO is from the following Summer its been making a slushie for several hours and its actually has gotten hotter, never turned to slush. When i placed the liquid in unit it was around 1.1°C / 35°F. WOW I bet your ninja cant make SOFT SERVE ICE-CREAM ok ok ok, maybe your ninja cream'ie can but that takes like 15-24 hours not less than 1 hour like the SYINTAO Slushie Machine !!!! great product, i have had some add leak in bottom corner so just keep an eye on wiping your counters after use. Or just set unit on a towel after use. Outside of that it works great and fast, We have made at least 100 slurpies , Also made strawberry milkshakes , strawberry ice-cream chocolate ice scream, spiked slurppies . Amaretto sours taste good. just follow any recipe for making the drink but use 4X the ingredients so you have enough to properly use in the machine, once its done you can store in the freezer and the left overs remain slushed for at least 5 days , that is how long it took for me to drink the second batch LOL. I have also made frozen coffee mixed with hot chocolate and chi. (REMEMBER you may need to add a table spoon or 2 of sugar (cane taste better) . Long story short we have made everything it claims to make and they all turned out perfect in this SYINTAO Slushie machine. ***************UPDATE****************** We had a problem with first unit and they took care of it quickly !!!!... **************BUT DONT PLAN ON IT LASTING AFTER THE SUMMER!!!!!!*********************** 1 of the other units was returned 1 ordered the 2nd unit. it was leaking rust everywhere from inside so They gave me a $50 (inconvenience credit) Knocking the price down to $209 (I bought these when they retailed for over $300 but got it on sale for $259 , and now they are a lot cheaper FOR GOOD REASON!) and they sent a replacement unit , that also never worked, We unboxed it 2 weeks ago! So in the mean-time i ordered this 1 which i thought was new. Overall i have had 4 units total the one i just purchased i did not realize it was even used (though it looked brand new with the tape still on it. THE FIRST 3 HOWEVER were new.)) , but i would not have got it to begin with if i new it was used because of prior issues! So to wrap things up, Even after this refund i am still out of $209 for a product that lasted a 1/2 a summer!

I am incredibly surprised; more so with the product support than the product itself. Firstly, the product: I purchased this as a birthday gift for my children. Admittedly it has a constant workout with being a dedicated slushie machine, but the kids absolutely love it, and it hasn't skipped a beat. It's easy enough for my youngest to both operate and clean it. While we haven't used any other slushie devices, it does not disappoint. I would say that we do lower the temperature from the standard setting to freeze any remaining liquid, and make it very much like the 7-eleven ones. Product Support: The machine arrived well packaged and undamaged, but a plastic part was missing. I'm not sure if this was a quality control issue or something else, but I contacted customer support and was extremely surprised... in a good way. They were extremely responsive and attentive, and went out of their way to resolve the problem. I wasn't sure what to expect when contacting them, but I didn't expect a lot. Quite frankly, i was blown away by the response. At a time where I feel more and more people and companies are thinking all about themselves, PinkElephant have raised my spirits. Definitely an playful company name, but the support is genuine.

UPDATE: Although my original unit stopped working in less than 60 days (motor issue), the sellers honored the guarantee and sent me a new unit at no cost to me, and agreed to provide a new warranty period beginning the day I received the replacement unit. Seller's communication was handled very well and I have no complaints about the process, although I wish I had not needed to experience it. As I noted in my original review, we really enjoyed the product when it worked, and we are hoping this one last longer. ********* Beware - stopped working in less than 60 days of normal use! Worked great initially, but fairly quickly began making random clacking noises that would come and go. It continued to work for a while longer and then suddenly began making the clacking noise very loudly and continuously, then would not work at all. We religiously followed the use and cleaning instructions, and frankly, the clean-up was fairly easy to do. Really disappointed that this product did not last. Two stars simply because we really enjoyed it when it worked. I have reached out to the manufacturer and will update this review pending its response.

My machine arrived with a damaged locking handle so I reached out to customer service listed in the user manual. They responded very quickly and sent me a replacement handle kit. My machine works really well. I’ve made two flavors of slush and two kinds of soft serve. The controls are very easy to use and cleanup is simple. Two recommendations from my initial uses: - Be sure you have an adequate volume of liquid when you start. As the liquid chills it moves to the front of the container so you can dispense it. You need enough liquid to stay in contact with the freezing cylinder as the temperature gets colder. - The user manual has a seemingly unimportant bullet that says to keep the machine on a dry, level surface. The key is to ensure your machine is level. This is connected to my first tip that liquid needs to stay in contact with freezing cylinder. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Purchase this machine loved it. Purchased a 2nd for a gift and when it was opened up the canister was broken. When it was brought to my attention I contacted Amazon & Pink elephant to have the canister replaced. We had the warranty so it shouldn't be a problem. I was highly mistaken. It's been weeks trying to get a simple part replaced..Pink elephant denied me to replace the parts. Machine is good...Supplier is Not. Horrible customer service!

Ordered this in July and the machine wasn’t working so I returned it for a replacement and waited till the end of August before receiving the new one. Plugged it in and followed all the directions and this one didn’t work either. They should really put it through quality control before shipping it out especially when it’s a replacement item. *Follow up on the product. I have been in contact with the seller and they are really good to work with. They have customer care 24/7 and will help troubleshoot or make things right.
