I am incredibly surprised; more so with the product support than the product itself. Firstly, the product: I purchased this as a birthday gift for my children. Admittedly it has a constant workout with being a dedicated slushie machine, but the kids absolutely love it, and it hasn't skipped a beat. It's easy enough for my youngest to both operate and clean it. While we haven't used any other slushie devices, it does not disappoint. I would say that we do lower the temperature from the standard setting to freeze any remaining liquid, and make it very much like the 7-eleven ones. Product Support: The machine arrived well packaged and undamaged, but a plastic part was missing. I'm not sure if this was a quality control issue or something else, but I contacted customer support and was extremely surprised... in a good way. They were extremely responsive and attentive, and went out of their way to resolve the problem. I wasn't sure what to expect when contacting them, but I didn't expect a lot. Quite frankly, i was blown away by the response. At a time where I feel more and more people and companies are thinking all about themselves, PinkElephant have raised my spirits. Definitely an playful company name, but the support is genuine.

First one the lever was broken . Called them they wanted pictures and video. Much easier to return to Amazon for refund. Was supposed to get a 20.00 refund for inconvenience. I never received it. Waited a month for new machine. This one is leaking first time I used it. They sent me info on how to try to fix it. This just isn’t worth it. I will be returning as soon as I can lift this heavy machine after my surgery.

I have been wanting a slushie/ice cream machine for my home for a few years and finally bit the bullet and bought this one. I was fearing the worst but must say I have been pleasantly surprised! The equipment is very well made and sturdy. I first made a coke slushie and it worked pretty fast and tasted great. You have the options to freeze it a little more and make it more firm or make it warmer where it is more liquidy. There is a learning curve when it comes to the control panel. The instructions don’t quite explain how use it to get the preset settings, however I figured it out while making my first slushie and that helped when I attempted to make ice cream later that day. I have read that ice cream is very hard to perfect using slushie machines and I got pretty close to perfect after about 50 mins of use. I did put the left over ice cream in containers and put them in my freezer and they tasted great the next day. I feel that I definitely got my moneys worth with this machine. I can’t wait to make ritas and daiquiris.

Everything this claims to do it does! I have found that straight up pop works the best for a fast slush (about 30mins) for a full batch. Fun to try other mixes on too

My machine arrived with a damaged locking handle so I reached out to customer service listed in the user manual. They responded very quickly and sent me a replacement handle kit. My machine works really well. I’ve made two flavors of slush and two kinds of soft serve. The controls are very easy to use and cleanup is simple. Two recommendations from my initial uses: - Be sure you have an adequate volume of liquid when you start. As the liquid chills it moves to the front of the container so you can dispense it. You need enough liquid to stay in contact with the freezing cylinder as the temperature gets colder. - The user manual has a seemingly unimportant bullet that says to keep the machine on a dry, level surface. The key is to ensure your machine is level. This is connected to my first tip that liquid needs to stay in contact with freezing cylinder. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I got this after using a friend’s Ninja Slushie machine. I got this instead and there are several things I like better. It has a soft serve function, it shows the temperature and you can twist the handle to dispense without having to pull it and hold it to dispense. Customer service has been great. I am very happy with this product.

This item is horrible. We ran the machine 24 hours with juice and didn’t get any ice. We tried everything pulling it from the wall to ensure there was no blockage. Still nothing. Unfortunately we waited too long to use the item to be able to return it. We hoped to use it once it was hotter but you live and you learn. We normally have no issues with Amazon purchases so this caught us by surprise!!! Don’t buy this and if you do use it right away!!! Waste of money.
