We purchased this slushie machine through Amazon, and it has truly exceeded our expectations! Not only does it make perfectly frozen slushies, but it also works great for soft ice cream, the consistency is spot on, and it freezes quickly and evenly. Shortly after receiving the machine, we noticed a small issue with the tank lever. We reached out to the seller, and they responded immediately with exceptional service. Instead of making us wait or go through a complicated repair process, they sent us a brand-new replacement unit right away. Later on, when the replacement handle became available from their manufacturer, they followed up and sent that to us as well. It’s rare to find a product that performs this well and a company that stands behind what they sell with such integrity and responsiveness. We are extremely happy with both the machine and the customer service we received. Highly recommend this product and seller to anyone looking for a reliable slushie or soft-serve machine!🙌

Purchase this machine loved it. Purchased a 2nd for a gift and when it was opened up the canister was broken. When it was brought to my attention I contacted Amazon & Pink elephant to have the canister replaced. We had the warranty so it shouldn't be a problem. I was highly mistaken. It's been weeks trying to get a simple part replaced..Pink elephant denied me to replace the parts. Machine is good...Supplier is Not. Horrible customer service!

I have been wanting a slushie/ice cream machine for my home for a few years and finally bit the bullet and bought this one. I was fearing the worst but must say I have been pleasantly surprised! The equipment is very well made and sturdy. I first made a coke slushie and it worked pretty fast and tasted great. You have the options to freeze it a little more and make it more firm or make it warmer where it is more liquidy. There is a learning curve when it comes to the control panel. The instructions don’t quite explain how use it to get the preset settings, however I figured it out while making my first slushie and that helped when I attempted to make ice cream later that day. I have read that ice cream is very hard to perfect using slushie machines and I got pretty close to perfect after about 50 mins of use. I did put the left over ice cream in containers and put them in my freezer and they tasted great the next day. I feel that I definitely got my moneys worth with this machine. I can’t wait to make ritas and daiquiris.

I am incredibly surprised; more so with the product support than the product itself. Firstly, the product: I purchased this as a birthday gift for my children. Admittedly it has a constant workout with being a dedicated slushie machine, but the kids absolutely love it, and it hasn't skipped a beat. It's easy enough for my youngest to both operate and clean it. While we haven't used any other slushie devices, it does not disappoint. I would say that we do lower the temperature from the standard setting to freeze any remaining liquid, and make it very much like the 7-eleven ones. Product Support: The machine arrived well packaged and undamaged, but a plastic part was missing. I'm not sure if this was a quality control issue or something else, but I contacted customer support and was extremely surprised... in a good way. They were extremely responsive and attentive, and went out of their way to resolve the problem. I wasn't sure what to expect when contacting them, but I didn't expect a lot. Quite frankly, i was blown away by the response. At a time where I feel more and more people and companies are thinking all about themselves, PinkElephant have raised my spirits. Definitely an playful company name, but the support is genuine.
