WOW I bet your ninja cant make SOFT SERVE ICE-CREAM ok ok ok, maybe your ninja cream'ie can but that takes like 15-24 hours not less than 1 hour like the SYINTAO Slushie Machine !!!! great product, i have had some add leak in bottom corner so just keep an eye on wiping your counters after use. Or just set unit on a towel after use. Outside of that it works great and fast, We have made at least 100 slurpies , Also made strawberry milkshakes , strawberry ice-cream chocolate ice scream, spiked slurppies . Amaretto sours taste good. just follow any recipe for making the drink but use 4X the ingredients so you have enough to properly use in the machine, once its done you can store in the freezer and the left overs remain slushed for at least 5 days , that is how long it took for me to drink the second batch LOL. I have also made frozen coffee mixed with hot chocolate and chi. (REMEMBER you may need to add a table spoon or 2 of sugar (cane taste better) . Long story short we have made everything it claims to make and they all turned out perfect in this SYINTAO Slushie machine. ****************OH and best part, customer support is TOP NOTCH! ******************* We had a problem with first unit and they took care of it quickly !!!!... I have no major complaints . I will recommend this Seller, brand, and machine to everyone I know.

I purchased a slushie machine from Syintao. The after sale support was very good. A part arrived broken, and the replacement part is due soon. The machine could be used as is, and we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to make slushie drinks. Easy to fill, easy to serve, easy to clean. Mainly, the level of support in trying to make me happy with my purchase was exceptional. I would purchase from this company again with no hesitation.

Unit was DOA. Didn't power on, doesn't work. The side of the unit looked like it took a direct impact from something (a fork lift?) because the control/button panel was broken & pushed in on the side. The unit was shipped in three layers of boxes so the damage being on the retail box, I would imagine the damage occurred somewhere in packaging not shipping. The damage was on the retail box and not the two brown shipping boxes. I hate leaving negative feedback but the seller / company should know to address the issue.

Omg this thing is the next best thing since sliced bread!!! I can literally make anything to a slushy, I’ve already made home made ice cream and let me tell you!!!! It was smooth, creamy and delicious. It doesn’t take long to get to the consistency you want at all. And you don’t have to use ice ever. So no watered down drinks. User friendly. Easy to assemble. Glad I made this investment. Totally worth it.

Would give 5 stars; but the dispensing hole is kind of small and the screw drive doesn't work well pushing product forward and out, so you gotta open and shake/scrape a little at times. Freezes and works as expected and described; and for the price in this summer heat a definite excellent guilty self gift if you can afford it.

Great product! I have owned the commercial grade slush machines and this one works just like them only with a much smaller footprint. I was skeptical about the soft serve ice cream option but that worked and dispensed perfectly. Breaks down and cleans up easily.
