These peek and stick tiles are perfect for my mudroom. I have converted a cover of my garage to a mudroom, added cubbies, hooks and shelves. This looks almost exactly like the high-end LVP I'm putting in my whole house. I'm paying well over $3/square foot for that stuff. This stick-on tile is just over $1/square foot. This won't stand up to the traffic or likely last as long, so I'm not using it in the main areas. But I'll for sure use this peel and stick in my upstairs bonus room closets. Beats the unfinished OSB I have in them now and will look good. It'll also stand up just fine in there since there is less foot traffic. Recommended.

As shown in the picture above, I laid it in the bathroom, and it looks very nice.The seams are very tight. It's easy to cut with scissor. But I think it's too thin and doesn't feel soft to step on.
