The media could not be loaded. I bought this CHIVALZ slush machine a few weeks ago and the experience has been excellent. The design is modern and elegant, with good quality materials. The first thing that catches your attention is the transparent container, which allows you to see the mixing process and gives a clear idea of the state of the slush. It has several functions, including modes for making ice cream, normal slushies and alcohol slushies. This makes it very versatile and perfect for both children and adults. The control panel is very intuitive, with touch buttons and an indicator system that makes it much easier to use. One of the things I liked the most is that you can control the texture of the slush, which allows you to get results according to everyone's taste. In addition, the machine maintains an adequate temperature during the process (about 0.5 °C), preventing the contents from melting or freezing too much. As for cleaning, it has an automatic cleaning function button that greatly simplifies maintenance. You just need to follow the instructions and in a few minutes it is ready to use again. I loved this machine! It is super practical because it does not need ice and has 6 programs that make everything easier. I have prepared margaritas, frappés and smoothies, and everyone is left with the perfect texture. The LED display is clear and easy to use, and the best thing is: it cleans itself! Ideal to have at home if you like cold drinks without complicating yourself. I highly recommend it, especially on hot days, or just to indulge on any given day.

Bought this as a gift for my wife (unlimited frozen margs for the win!), but unfortunately it would not actually make the liquid cold. I contacted the company and they had me send in videos showing the temperature not going down. I sent them in and they told me they would pass it on to technicians to see what the problem could be. I’ve still not heard back. I’ve missed my return window now because I was waiting to hear back from the company. If you do buy this product and it doesn’t work, just send it back and don’t bother contacting the company.

It has an amazing performance on the ice cream setting and my kids now love making their home made ice cream ncuz this machine is not melting or freezing too much. The machine instructions are confusing! As my first project I made a frappe. It was difficult to get started because you had to dial the temperature rather than what you were making (frappe) and the machine turns off quickly while you are trying to figure out which temperature goes with which mode. I expected the machine to beep when the frappe was finished but it didn’t and I let it go too long. Other than that the frappe was quite tasty. Also for a machine sold in the US, we are not on metric system so converting liters to ounces, cup, etc was one more difficulty I didn’t need, especially when trying the clean cycle. It would be nice to have the max fill line marked also. It seems to be a well made machine but dissatisfied with lack of concise instructions.

I absolutely love this slushy machine! So far, I've made several slushies and soft serve ice cream! It is quiet running, easy to use, and everything I've made so far has turned out perfectly. You can have a slushy in about 15 minutes, and the ice cream took about 20-25 minutes. The cleaning cycle works pretty well, and it's easy to take apart and wash. This machine will easily pay for itself pretty quickly.

Love it! I have made slushies to perfection. An made chocolate milk shakes nice and thick. Easily fits on counter and quiet. Cleaning was easy, dismantle, wash and back together in 5 min. I have used it every day. You can use other competitors receipt in it just fine.

I wish I could give it zero stars , it worked good for about 6 uses , I cleaned it after every use , and now it's a 600$ spoon , it will mix cold drinks , never turns them into slush ... Waste of money... save yours.... DO NOT BUT THIS PIECE OF CRAP !!!!!!!!!
