I absolutely love this slushy machine! So far, I've made several slushies and soft serve ice cream! It is quiet running, easy to use, and everything I've made so far has turned out perfectly. You can have a slushy in about 15 minutes, and the ice cream took about 20-25 minutes. The cleaning cycle works pretty well, and it's easy to take apart and wash. This machine will easily pay for itself pretty quickly.

Love this machine so far, only had it for about a month, but I will say there isn’t a whole lot to not like about this machine. The ninja machine costs 100 hundred bucks more, but the only difference I can tell is about one cup of more slushy tank spare. Which brings me to my only minor criticism.. wish it had slightly more capacity. For larger parties with 8+ kids it struggles to keep up. But I’d say it cools down cold water much faster than room temperature water if you are concerned with time or how long it takes to slush. Update: Have had for a little over 90 days now. Unfortunately I have to drop the review down. Much like some of the other critical reviews, this machine seems to have a factory defect that it will leak from the Spout even with the pour lever fully in the closed position.. This is not ideal and makes for quite a mess. Obviously only having this for a few months I have reached out to store for refund or exchange for a new one, but unfortunately this machine is not engineered to last. Temperature is adjustable I have noticed the preset slushy setting was not getting things as cold and slushing consistently, the work around was to change to the Spiked Slush setting and adjusting temperature from there to get colder and better slushie consistency. I will change to 3 stars depending on customer service outcome.

Want a Ninja Slushi but price a tad high, great alternative. Very sturdy, super easy to clean. I've ready the Ninja has a lip inside the chamber that is hard to clean and requires a water pik. This comes apart fully and everything is able to be scrubbed down. Just be sure to read the manual and the science behind sugar or alcohol ratios needed and you'll be set for a party. I made a full batch of Banana Coladas and 8 people each got a small cup, about 8oz each.

The machine instructions are confusing! As my first project I made a frappe. It was difficult to get started because you had to dial the temperature rather than what you were making (frappe) and the machine turns off quickly while you are trying to figure out which temperature goes with which mode. I expected the machine to beep when the frappe was finished but it didn’t and I let it go too long. Other than that the frappe was quite tasty. Also for a machine sold in the US, we are not on metric system so converting liters to ounces, cup, etc was one more difficulty I didn’t need, especially when trying the clean cycle. It would be nice to have the max fill line marked also. It seems to be a well made machine but dissatisfied with lack of concise instructions.

I got this slushy machine and it’s the perfect sidekick to deal with the summer heat. With 6 different settings anything that’s cold a delicious this thing can make it; ice cream, slushy, spiked slushy, frappe, milkshake and chilled juice. It’s tall and slim so it doesn’t take up much counter space, which is great because you won’t want to put it away this summer. It’s easy to use just choose your drink, push the button and wait. Only takes a few minutes and your ready to enjoy. Not just for adults either my kids have been enjoying slushy lemonade and chilled juice to beat the heat. It also has a self cleaning feature to help keep it clean for every use, but if really sticky or dirty comes apart just as easy to clean all parts. I highly recommend for summer festivities.

I recently purchased this Slushie machine and I’m very impressed with how well it performs! It’s not only perfect for the kids but for adults too. Setup was a very easy, and it doesn't take long at all to make a full batch of slushies. You can use juice, soda, or any flavored drink and it comes out great. I've used this at parties and everyone was impressed at the quality. I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I am writing this review, although it is somewhat delayed. I have wanted a slushie machine with the specified six features for a while, but I was hesitant due to the high cost. I was pleased to find one for my birthday, a gift to myself. I found what I believed to be the ideal product. Unfortunately, the initial machine I received from Chivalz's was not functioning correctly. I ended up contacting Amazon customer service, and they provided me with the contact information for the manufacturer's customer service. Following that, I engaged in a series of back-and-forth communications to provide evidence of the machine's malfunction. While the assembly process was likely straightforward, the machine was not effectively cooling my treats, the temp was rising. After speaking with the representatives, I was instructed to return the faulty machine, and they would send a replacement at no cost for the shipping. I am happy to share that my new machine is functioning as expected, and my family enjoys a weekly treat, whether it is from the slushie machine or a baked good. The machine has proven to be a worthwhile investment, particularly considering its current price. The design is well-crafted and complements my drink station in the living room.
