Great design! Be bought this as an alternative to another suit that requires one to loop/ thread their dogs tail and feet through holes both to put on the outfit & to remove it. I went with an XL & our little guy is 50lbs with a back length of 19 inches and it's super snug everywhere but the rump which is perfect for easy use! The zipper slots & slides very easily and the cut is perfect. Best of all, it's also very cute! Looks like a little set of doggo jammies and fits so nicely around his legs, no pulling. He seems very at ease & he's a pretty nervous guy. Overall, so much easier to use than several alternative options and great quality! Plus, it keeps him from licking his neutering stitches, as claimed. Will absolutely recommend! 12/10!

I am so glad I found this. My little guy was neutered and I hated the idea of the cone of shame. Of all the onesies I saw this was the best for him being able to go to the bathroom on his own. The Velcro is solid, no pulling or tearing. He is very comfortable in it even though it is 110 degrees outside and he can’t lick his incision.

Honestly, I don’t understand the reviews here. I took the patch off with a seam ripper, which was super easy instead of cutting a hole with scissors. Using a seam ripper or cutting along the line would have given the same results either way per instructions. I have a Dachshund that’s 11 pounds and I used the measurements provided. The suit seemed very big to begin with, but I feel if I went smaller it wouldn’t have worked out. Now given that the suit was already big, the hole that was for his private made it easy access for my boy with his stitches. I have posted a photo of how loose and small the fabric was between his private and his stitches. I had to return this and order something different. The different one allows me to fold the suit up around his body during potty time instead of making a hole for his private. The new one also fits correctly and does not sag around his body. I am so glad I made the new purchase and it was only $10.

I really like this recovery suit. I'm super happy with the quality and how durable it is. The Velcro and zipper are great — it makes the suit feel really secure, and I didn’t have to worry about it shifting or coming off. I also liked that I could just open it up to check the incision without having to take the whole thing off, which made it way easier during recovery. My dogs were able to go to the bathroom without any problem, and it covered the abdomen area really well after surgery. One thing I do wish is that they had a separate version for males and females, instead of having to cut the hole yourself. It would be nice if that area had reinforced stitching, especially for male dogs. But I get that every dog is built a little differently, so it's not a huge deal — just something to be aware of. I’ve bought multiple sizes (small, medium, and large) for different foster dogs, and I'd definitely recommend measuring your dog before you order. The fit really does make a difference in how well it works. Overall, I really love this suit. It’s probably one of the best recovery options I’ve used, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Does not fit properly on french bulldogs. Bought a medium and it was not long enough but to big around chest and stomach Other then that the material felt soft and durable. Even had a place you could cut out to allow you male pup to pee!

This thin material, reminiscent of an undershirt, was not suitable for my needs. Before purchasing, ensure you try it on your dog and mark the area with a marker that you’ll need to cut out. Avoid eyeballing the cut location. I intended to use this as a post-recovery suit for my neutered puppy, but the thin material allowed my puppy to lick it, disrupting the healing of the surgery area, which was my primary purpose. Therefore, it was not suitable for my intended use.

The suit had a glitch in the zipper after 1 wash, contacted seller and they sent a new one within a couple days. The suit is very well made, easy zip-up, not annoying plastic snaps like the one I previously used. Easy on, easy off, don't have to undo it all for them to use the potty. Velcro is very strong and stays on my dog very nice, can't get to her stitches to rip anymore out. Love this suit and highly recommend it, this was a size M for a 17 lb. Ra-terrier/Chihuahua and fit perfect. A No.#1 rated company!! Would buy again from this seller, outstanding customer service with quality dog wear!!
