I have no experience with snorkeling and bought this to use on vacation. It felt higher quality than the rental snorkel sets they had at the resort, was light enough to pack in my bag but felt substantial enough in weight that it didn't feel cheap. Great bang for the buck

The kids love these snorting masks. We take a chance on one every family vacation and the end up a disappointment due to leaking and not a comfortable fit. This one does not leak. It has only been used in a pool, but the kids think it's a winner and eager to try them In the ocean.

Now for the occasional use for someone wanting to give snorkeling a try this is definitely a great starter set! The quality wowed me with how affordable it was. I finally was able to try these out in the Bahamas and my experience with them was great. They did not really fog up on me and the view from the lenses was great. Really quick to reassemble and take apart for storage, which it comes with a mesh bag. The last thing that I liked, when it comes to hat sizes I aim for the larger ones. What you need to know at a glance: * The mask and snorkel fits really well on a petite teen. * The snorkel is comfortable and mouthpiece is on the small side which works well. * The snorkel doesn't cut into gums which some mouthpieces do. * The rubber and plastic are good quality * The straps are easily adjustable even while wearing. The mask felt secure when in place * The mask doesn't fog up * The snorkel has a valve that prevent water entering the snorkel when diving * Good value for money at around $25 for the set This mask and snorkel set is very comfortable to wear. My teen daughter found the snorkel mouthpiece to be comfortable in her mouth and the mask fits her very well. The mask and snorkel exude quality. The mask doesn't fog up and the snorkel has a ball valve on the end of it that prevents water entering the snorkel when diving below the surface. The most outstanding feature of the mask and snorkel set, though, is the mask adjustment system. It's easy to tighten the mask, and equally easy to loosen it again using a clever ratchet tightening system. The material is of good quality. I used it on my vacation in Hawaii and it works perfectly under the water. Easy to assemble and the bag that comes with it makes it easy to transport anywhere.
