I absolutely love this blow dryer I’m in cosmetology school almost a graduate and I work on clients all day long. This amazing LIGHT WEIGHT blow dryer is awesome, I mean you can hold it at its barrel or on its handle which makes it just amazing and how light it is really matters when you have lots of clients to work on. Another great aspect of this blow dryer is the features on it, if you hold the speed button while the blow dryer is off it turns the blades to blow backwards to clean the motor and keeping your tools clean is so important when you a stylist. It also comes with three different heat settings and a cold shot setting you don’t have to hold down on is amazing I mean come talk about hand cramp when you have to work on a client and hold the handle just to keep the cold shot on, yeah no thank you! The strength on this blow dryer is amazing I now have other stylist buying this product because they saw it in action on clients. It also comes with three attachable tools that are magnetic attachable the strength on the magnet is amazing it pulls it right out of your hand almost to attach so amazing and still turns with ease when connected to the blow dryer. Has a long cord as any pro dryer should. Strong and sturdy for its light weight just an overall amazing product and can’t beat the price for what you get. It’s why I’m giving it a five star review. The only thing I wish was different is that the diffuser attachment is a little small so if you use that a lot I would see if they have a another size you can purchase. I have contacted support and let me tell you they responded that day!!! I mean come on how amazing is that I was the one late to look back to respond lol not kidding either such amazing customer service this blow is a must buy leaves the hair shiny soft and just amazing to touch!!!! I like it for its quieter than the other hairdryers I have owned, also my hair has a smoother feel and looks better not the fried look. It’s easy to manage lightweight, but overall powerful. Attachments just go on magnetically with easy removal. Worth the price if your on a budget and comes in colors also - I have the pink one and it’s a soft pink. ... show more

I had my previous blow dryer for around 10 years. It was time for something new. I ordered this one, and was pleasantly surprised the minute I pulled it out of the box how small and lightweight it was. The minute I plugged it in, I was amazed at how quiet it was. I have very fine hair and most of the time I use it on the lowest air pressure and heat settings. If I am in a hurry, I have turned it up to the second air pressure option, but if I turn the dryer in any direction but a downward slope, it tends to tangle my hair quite a bit. It was a little bit of a learning curve but I am satisfied overall with the purchase I made. The price and the quality has so far been well worth it. Great option for those not willing to spend $200-$300 or even more on a blow dryer, like me! ... show more

I have thick hair and have been through dozens of hair dryers of all sorts over the years. Until I found Slopehill. My hair stylist uses this model and I bought one myself. I have been using it daily for about 8 months and have no regrets in spending the extra money. Its lightweight, easy to travel with and quiet. For a hair dryer that costs over $100 USD, one would expect it to last longer than it did. Wife purchased this on April 9, 2023 and she told me it had stopped working about 2 weeks ago (today is 9/2/23). When you turn it on, it runs for about 3 seconds and then turns off. This tells me that it is overheating. I looked at the screen on the back and it is clear. Therefore, this tells me that the components (relays, transistors, etc.) are likely a cheap quality and won't last. Trying to find a contact email or phone number for this company (Slopehill) is impossible! If I want to buy cheap crap that I will have to throw away in 6 months, I might as well just use Temu or some other Chinese company. Amazon needs to up its game. The only (ONLY) benefit to buying from Amazon is that you usually get your "junk" much more quickly than these other companies. LOL....this gets better; my wife contacted Amazon, they can't/won't help. Even went so far as to tell my wife that they don't have any information (assuming contact) about Slopehill. My wife and I have spent thousands upon thousands of $$'s yearly at Amazon....not anymore!! *Update* (9/10/23) Slopehill has sent a new hair dryer. Therefore, I have updated my ranking from 1 star to 4 stars. Amazon was virtually no help. Slopehill, on the other hand, took my concerns and made the situation right. The reason for the 4 stars (lack of 5 stars) is because of the crappy way Amazon handled the situation and the fact that the unit lasted such a short time. We will see if this new one lasts longer. If it does, I will leave the ranking as it is...if it too dies very quickly last the last unit, I will lower the ranking.
