I was skeptical at first. Will it live up to what it says it is? Omg! This pillow is a game changer. Like, literally when I get situated (side mostly), I fall asleep almost immediately because of how comfortable it is! I’m not lying, my daughter, (who is 10) fell asleep within 5 minutes! It does the same for me. It’s cooling so you never have to turn it over, and the arm rests are a total game changer! Just position yourself in the most comfortable position for you, and you’ll drift off in no time! It took half on my sleep meds last night, and woke up realizing I didn’t take the other half (I have major insomnia), and I just slep through the night! I’m going to buy more! Thank you!

Pillow is smaller than expected base on website description. It’s also very soft, it is not made from standard supportive memory foam. The pillow also smelled like chemicals when opened and it arrived with dirt on it. Save yourself the headache and the money, don’t buy this pillow.
