I bought this out of desperation for my bedbound mother. The visiting nurse was very concerned that she would get pressure sores/bedsores and said she had to be repeatedly "rotated" throughout the day/night. This is particularly hard as my mother would get extremely upset when rotated. She also has arthritis in both shoulders and both knees and I believe in her spine which made the "rotation" more uncomfortable for her. Concern for her long term well being made me go on a search and rescue deep dive on the internet. One of the suggestions was an "air pad" for the mattress to adjust and fluctuate to stop pressure points. I luckily found this on trusty Amazon and I am so very grateful. The pad is actually comfortable (I layed on it myself to be certain) and thankfully we have not had any pressure wounds. The motor itself is not terribly loud (mom and dad are both half deaf so they do not hear it at all) and it is not continuous. Great device that is well worth the price.

I've had 3 spinal surgeries in the past, and finding a comfortable position is challenging... pillow between my legs, neck pillow, pillow to support my back because I am a side sleeper, and I purchased a firm mattress ALL for comfort to sleep....However, this Cloud mattress is AMAZING 👏 follow the instructions and set it according to your desired setting, and wake up pain-free. I still keep a support between my legs only for side sleeping but through the night I end up on my back because the massage feels good and I remove the pillow from underneath my head while it works the entire body. This product can travel with me and continue to support my body so I can enjoy life, vacations, and most of all family without reaching for a lot of pain medication.

Bought this for my mother-in-law that stays in bed way too much. I'm past, I bought this one for my mother that was bed ridden. Own has improved and it was great first time I bought it. Its quiet and works really well. My mother-in-law felt the difference right away. Highly recommend it.

Easy to set up and use Relatively quiet when in use Is comfortable to sleep on.; my mother didn’t even realize that she was sleeping on an air mattress, but it did help in healing the skin breakdown on her legs and buttocks.

Compré este colchón recomendado por mi médico. Pero no me sirvió lo puse en 5 como se recomienda en las instrucciones y estaba tan duro que literalmente sentía que estaba durmiendo sobre piedras. Después lo puse en 3 y aunque no estaba tan duro seguía muy firme hace bastante ruido cuando uno se da vuelta y tiene un olor fuerte lo limpie 3 veces y el olor no se le va pero uno termina acostumbrándose al olor. Tube que dejar de usarlo porque amanecía con mucho dolor en el cuerpo. Mi médico me dijo que debia de sentir que estaba durmiendo en algo bien suave tan suave como aire pero no se siente así y me recomendó no usarlo más. Y lo peor es que NO SE PUEDE DEVOLVER. Así que no les recomiendo este producto. Cuando lo compré tenía muy buenos review pero a mi no me funcionó.

Excellent product for the cost. Some reviews commented about the slow air fill of the mattress. Initially the fill takes a short amount of time, however, the mattress is left on, not turned on and off. So the process of an initial air fill isn't a problem. For anyone who has risk for skin breakdown due to medical conditions or lack of mobility, this air pressure mattress significantly helps skin integrity. This device is so quiet you cannot hear the hum of the motor. I've placed this air mattress on top of the mattress protector under the fitted bed sheet for comfort. The initial odor of the mattress disappeared, overall it isn't a bad odor. The smell is similar to a pool blow up float.
