I was able to cook a turkey with the breast side down. The breast did drag on the bottom of the pan so no browning there. I used ginger ale inside the tube to keep the inside of the bird moist. It all cooked evenly and moist (watch the breast temperature with a thermometer). I'll try it next with a chicken (what it was designed for). I'm sure it will also be delicious. Clean up was very easy. Stainless steel is easy to clean and very sturdy. I hope the manufacturer will make a taller version for larger birds. The pictures are after it was removed from the holder. No breast pics. Sorry

My turkey wasn't dry. Generally, I do not care for turkey. It's so dry. This baby works! I may start liking turkey better now. Nothing was dry!

I have not used it yet, but did assemble the two parts with the included machine screws and nuts. Oddly, the package did not include any drawings, photos or instructions indicating how the parts need to be assembled. Granted, there is minimal assembly required. However there is nothing showing how things were intended to be put together. I am certain someone is putting the pieces together in a way that is not intended.

I put a 24 lb turkey on this and it worked great. I do wish there was a bit more space between the handle and the tube though.

Do not buy. There are two holes are in each of the two part that must align to assemble them together but they don’t! The holes are off by 1/8”. I tried to drill out the stainless steel base holes but my drill won’t drill through it. What junk!
