Seeing questions on if this will clear wet, heavy snow... YES IT WILL! I got this because our walkway is up a flight of granite steps between two rock walls, too much of a hassle (and a bit sketch on the safety side of things) to drag up my 2 stage blower I use for the driveway. Assembly is easy and intuitive. I'm in central NH so we get our share of snow. We got 18" this past weekend of light stuff, this thing dispatched it in minutes that would have been at least 45 minutes worth of work with an analog shovel. Cleared the packed snow that resulted from it coming off the roof as well. Downside, if the snow is over 6" it doesn't work as well because the discharge is on the top of the blade head. Then again, if you live in snow country, you know that you need to go out a few times during the storm to clear stuff so not all that big of a deal. The front facing discharge is a pain as it means you really have to work out a good plan on what direction you are going to work. Fortunately, this thing FIRES that snow out a good 20-25'. Once you get your plan sorted out, this thing is a champ. The head is a good width for clearing walks, paths, decks, that area in front of the garage that is hard to do with a walk behind 2 stage, and even touch up at the end of the drive after the plow goes by 5 minutes after you put the big one away. You probably could even do a short, narrow drive or parking spot with it faster then it would take to gas up, start up, and trundle over with big boy. Last night we got 6" of wet stuff followed by temps above freezing and rain overnight. Got up to 4-5' of HEAVY, DRIPPING snow-slush. This thing saved me a trip to the ER and a month on anti-inflammatories. Yes Virginia, this thing will dispatch sopping wet snow without breaking a sweat. I was able to clear the walkway right down to the asphalt plus several paths and clearing on the upper lawn for the pupper to do her business in less than 10 minutes. By shovel, it wouldn't have happened without good health insurance. Battery life seems good, though to be honest this thing is so efficient and powerful, I haven't had to use it more than 15 minutes to get the job done. Charging is relatively fast considering the capacity of the battery. This thing is heavy, though. If you are of smaller stature (I'm not a lot over 5'), your arms will get tired before this thing will. Get a shoulder harness for it, you can thank me later. ... show more

Easy to put together. Gets the job done, had 10 inches light fluffy snow went through it like butter. Heavy and a tad awkward to handle because of weight at top of machine.. Battery lasts about 40 minutes on high. Battery does charge fast in about 45 minutes to an hour. Cleans my deck perfectly. Beats Shoveling hands down. ... show more

I love this snow "shovel"! Being in Michigan, we get our fair amount. This unit cleans up an inch and even dug thru about 6 inches. We have a smaller circle drive, sidewalk and other areas, and I can clean up all in about 30 minutes. East to assemble, battery life was great (most weight seems to be in the battery though), throwing distance is on point, and blades go thru tough chunks of ice (not blocks of ice). It doesn't replace our main snow blower, but it good for me while my husband handles the heavy stuff. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is such a great electric snow shovel. It is a little heavy, but does a great job. And easy, no figuring it out. Just turn it on, press the button & go! Needed something easy. I have a bad neck & back, on top of just finishing chemo, so I’m barely getting my strength back. I could manage this. Plus, it’s so easy my 12 year old grandson put it together, charged it & was able to shovel the snow. Definitely recommend! ... show more

Easy to assemble out of the box, I hate having to fight to put something together. It’s really lightweight so you won’t struggle to get a big job (like cleaning a big deck) done. It has really good battery life and will run a long time, but it’s fun to use so maybe get another battery anyway to keep up with big storms. Like any electric snowblower it’s not going to take down a giant snowbank, but if you start early and blow with the storm, you’ll save yourself from shoveling. Your cardiologist will thank you! ... show more
