So I Received my skar VXF 15 today and it is Heavy as hell!! Something close to 50 lbs. Lbs and it Replaced my 1 yr old Rockford PD3 good subwoofer 15 D2. Using a RF 1200.1. Amp to power it. The subwoofer is not broken in yet and already louder and deeper than the Rockford PD3 using 2.65 cubic square box..specs say 3.25 ported. Rockford weighs like 16lbs vs skar 50lbs. For $50 dollars more get the skar vxf instead Waaaaay better Sql/spl. Killer Value. Impressed!! Good job Skar!!! Now get me a Taramps 5k or Md 5000.1 next!!! ... show more

It's been about 3 years now, Slamming 2 of these for almost 3 years now with zero wear and tear! Just pulled them out the other day and everything looks like it's still in new condition. Running a Skar 4500.1 @ 0.5 Ohm... I've never in my life had a set of subs last this long with no wear and tear.
