Got it mounted and started with battery option just for the rope to hang slightly out. Then all of a sudden the rope snatched back in and broke the pull rope option. Now it dies after running for only a minute or 2 of high rpms.

This motor is awesome. I was surprised to see it even has electric start. Fairly quiet motor on bench test as is not all the way installed yet. Great value for the money. Comes pre assembled which should make installing very easy and it fits perfect in the golf cart.

The media could not be loaded. Pros: capable to power up 3kw alternator head. Running stable. Easy to connect to alternator head. Simple structure and good for mechanical learning. Cons: Noisy(acceptable though), only able to use outdoor.
