This thing smells like coil and was too weak for a old mrp m500w rms alpine amp. and too strong/quiet for a 400w rms d4s mm1005 at 2 ohms I replaced with a kicker comp r 10” 400w rms and am thumping without clipping pushing the full 500w + rms at 1 ohm
