Extremely satisfied with its performance! The subwoofer is incredibly powerful, with a max power rating of 2500 watts, and it is capable of delivering deep, thunderous bass that really adds impact to music and movies. The subwoofer is also very well-constructed, with a high-quality cast aluminum basket and a durable composite cone. It has a dual 4 ohm voice coil configuration, which allows it to be wired in a variety of ways to match the amplifier and the rest of the car audio system. One of the things I love most about this subwoofer is the deep, rich sound it produces. It really brings out the full potential of my car audio system and adds a whole new dimension to my music listening experience. The subwoofer is also very easy to install but didn't come with screws. Want to rattle the car next to you at a stop light while you move the air inside your chest without breathing? Yeah I thought so.... So did I and that's why this one turned out to be perfect for me. Surely not needed. However, I do recommend adding a twenty seven hundred watt skar amp way over kill, but what Great thing isn't. I do urge extreme caution because that is enough. Wattage to blow the speaker. Don't be stupid and turn amp super high. 🤣 ... show more

I have been Rockford Fosgate buyer since 1989. I just bought a new RF 500watt Amp and my RF DVC 4 ohm 15 inch RFP2215 subwoofer took the dirt nap after 15 years of hard use and 3 different vehicles. I wanted to replace it with another new RF SUB but a friend recommended SKAR. He said to give one a try since you can't go wrong with AMAZON so I did. I have all my speakers replaced in my Hummer H3 with Rockford Fosgate. So I installed the Skar Audio EVL-15 D4 15" 2500 Watt Max Power Dual 4 Ohm Car Subwoofer wired it for 2 ohm just like the Fosgate and the sound is unreal. The base is deep and you feel it shake your entire body not the normal thud in your chest it's earth shaking. If you are on the fence then fall this way. The speaker case is heavy duty. The cone and suspension are top notch. This sub should last a long time. I would recommend to anyone but seriously get a bigger amp. 500 watts isn't even warming this thing up. ... show more

These things are hammers. Running a 5k amp on these. Still in the break in process and they are some high quality subs. These will vibrate your car apart. Keep in mind that they are power hungry. Running dual 4 ohms at 1 ohm. My amp has 2 zero gauge power inputs. Running a true 5k and these handle it pretty dang well. I highly recommend Skar audio across their entire line of products. Have built many systems with their subs and amps. Ran their components a few times. Excellent quality for the money. Extremely happy with them. ... show more
