When I first installed the NVMe, sequential write speeds were about 1,700 MB/s, or about 25% of the sequential read speeds. ChatGPT suggested a firmware update and gave me instructions on where to get the necessary SK hynix updater and firmware. After the update, the sequential write speeds moved up to about 6,600 MB/s (about 93% of sequential read speeds). Sequential read speeds are import for my video editing work.
