I do not typically leave feedback, but I am taking an exception in this case. I bought the EVRYjourney Steel Women's Hybrid Bike (7-speed) for a gift for my wife, and she could not be happier. It is solid, well-made, and extremely comfortable. She is quite tall and this bike fits her great unlike other bikes of the same style, and sixthreezero has this noted for men and women of all sizes on the appropriate bike to find and use. Their sizing is quite helpful to know which works best for the person. I put the bike together myself, and it really is not any more complicated than any other bicycle I have put together before (I fortunately had the benefit of building bikes for 4 years in college -- :) ). I inspected all the parts after receiving the package and everything was well labeled and packed securely. The only item which had a couple of dents was the rear fender -- which I will likely see about contacting sixthreezero directly on getting a replacement, but not an urgent item. If you have had any experience in putting anything together from bikes to furniture to etc, this really isn't a problem and is very well detailed on the instructions. The only two things that may make it difficult to assemble for most would be: 1) The instruction manual is small and the pictures or wording may be a little difficult to read or follow. I was able to follow easily since I had background in building bikes, but this may be a problem for some. 2) If you don't have a bike stand to put the bike on for assembly, that can be tricky. I no longer have access to one, and it does slow things down or makes it more challenging, especially if you haven't done items like this before. All this said, reviews from others complaining about the complexity of the assembly should not be feared if you just stay patient, take your time, and review all the parts when you get them. There's no shame in finding someone to help if you need to, and you will not be disappointed in the end product no matter how it's done. One last thing -- I give kudos to Amazon customer support as I was initially sent the wrong bike on my initial order. I called them upon discovery after opening the box and then seeing that it was mis-labeled on a warehouse tag on the outside (box was correct -- barcode and warehouse tag were not). They quickly sent me a replacement and the return went without a hitch or extra expense (thanks Amazon!). So if you are looking for a cruiser bike, you cannot go wrong with the sixthreezero line. Thumbs up all around -- both my wife and I say so -- :)

Great bike and great value First, assembly: by the time I got the bike 90% assembled, I saw how great looking this bike was and wanted to make sure it rode as well as it looked. This was an anniversary present so I wanted to it be optimal. After getting the majority of the bike assembled, I took the bike up to the mobile bike unit that sets up shop at my watering hole every Friday night; a wonderful couple that over the years has tuned up/repaired my road bikes. Before adjusting and made sure the brakes were right, they both wondered where I got “this awesome, beautiful bike from.” Both said it was well built. Others at the bar thought the bike looked great. Could I have done the brakes? Yes, but I didn’t want to chance it. It cost me an extra $30 bucks to let the pros service it. Well worth it. Looks: see above. It is a beautiful bike—an artful blend of comfortable old school riding/hipster grace. Comfort: For the last few years I have done bike ride for charity. I love road/flat bars bikes. I’ve been getting my wife into riding, which she loves, but the road bikes/flat bars didn’t feel totally comfortable to her, as she has back issues. She loves this bike; with its upright position, she says it rides great with no back stress. I agree; when I test after I inflate tires, it is smooth, nice ride. What a great bike! Got this for my wife for Christmas. She loves it. Added a basket on front. The only reason it’s a 4 not 5, assembly of the rear fender was challenging. It rubbed on the rear tire. Had to adjust the middle bracket which broke off, which we didn’t mind. Found it not necessary and it keeps the fender off the tire. Overall assembly was easy, ride is smooth and comfortable. It’s an attractive bike and great for an easy ride on the boardwalk, bike trails, and neighborhood paths. Love this bike!!! I’ll add - the postcards, pictures, and assembly images are also great and made the experience fun! 6-3-0... you have a winner!! Thank you for proving that small businesses can still make a great product at a reasonable price and with outstanding customer service!

Buying this bike was unfortunately a mistake. I would normally give this purchase zero stars, but Amazon was sympathetic and gave me a slight discount. The box arrived with a giant hole in it and was dented all over. Many of the bike parts were, at best, mildly flawed, and at worst, damaged to the point of not being useable. Under normal circumstances, I think assembly would be mildly to moderately challenging for the average layperson, but feasible. However, given that many parts were damaged or missing, I would say the assembly process was both frustrating and fruitless. The seat clamp was missing so we couldn't even install the seat and use the bike after all the hardest work was done. The kickstand had a damaged frame so the bike just kept falling on its side. We wound up buying a replacement kickstand and seat clamp elsewhere. The leather on the seat itself was scuffed and paint was scraped off on various parts of the frame. Once I finally tried to ride the bike, I realized the metal chainguard was loose, warped, and bent. If I tried to pedal at all, the chain would loudly clank and grind up again the guard. We had to physically bend and mold the guard with pliers to get it to stop clanking and rubbing against the chain. Once we "fixed" that, I tried to ride the bike again but had to stop as soon as I tried shifting gears. The hanger connecting the rear derailleur to the frame was bent, causing the whole pulley system to fail. So anytime I tried to change gears, the bent pulley would disrupt the chain's alignment with the cogs, the chain shifts right off the cassette, gets stuck, and there is no resistance or motion when pedaling anymore. In other words, shift gears = abrupt, whacky hyperextension of knees + near fall off bike.

I was worried after reading the reviews that pieces would be missing or damaged. I didn’t have a problem with either . I absolutely love riding around the neighborhood and greenways looking at flowers . This was the perfect bike for me the 7 speed helps with the hills . It rides comfortably and with ease . I am 5’4 and bought the 26 and have the seat all the way down it’s perfect. I was able to put the bike together mostly on my own ( I do not have prior experience, the user manual was great ) my husband helped finish it up. The only part we had trouble with was the rear rack and fender attachment . The left side gave us a run for our money but the impact driver came in handy so if you have one that’s the part we needed it for . Otherwise it was simple and went smoothly taking about 30 mins from start to finish . I was pleasantly surprised when it came next day and will say getting it on discount made it ever better . So happy with my new bike . Added a picture of the fender to show the part that gave us trouble! Hope this helps you to make the best choice for your riding needs ! As I have read many of the reviews before purchasing it . The one thing not in the box was bike grease the manual has you add it to the pedals not sure if this is a thing but if they could include a little sample packet for us newbies it would give us a better idea of what to purchase and would add value to the over all experience.

I have a bike from this maker my bike is excellent and going on over 15 years. Its tires lasted 2 tire changes. The quality of my non speed cruiser is excellent. This bike , has 7 gears. Noisy on the pedal on flat surface ride. It probably needs repair coming out of the box. I didn’t get the same tires as in photo. That mattered to me ! Bike was professionally put together. Clearly hear noise on each pedal. Notice: get Amazon to put it together. They won’t reimburse you if you go to your own bike shop. (70$ avg)They only reimburse thru Amazon assembly , which I did ask about assembly. But was not told they offer it. They (Amazon )cannot assembly this bike. Therefore you are out the price of assembly. Use caution on this complete purchase of bike and assembly.

I recently retired and wanted a fun, comfortable bike that I could load on a bike rack myself, and this was the perfect bike for me. After searching for a few months, I found exactly what I wanted. The sixthreezero EVRYjourney Steel Women's Hybrid Bike was stylish, comfortable, & a decent weight for me. It was easy to assemble, but in the process found a dented front fender. I sent an e-mail and it was quickly resolved and a new one arrived within 5 days. I received several e-mails for the company making sure I was happy with the bike and to let them know if I had any issues. I greatly appreciated knowing they cared about customer satisfaction ~ I purchased the Navy color and added the Nantucket basket for long country rides. Good looking and lots of compliments. Having had back surgery several years ago, I was concerned about how long I could be on it, but no issue here ~ so very comfortable! I could not be happier with the purchase of this beautiful retro-style bike. Great value for the money too.
