Pos. Won’t stick to the ground, was going to return and get my money back but it’s not worth the hassle of looking at a product that doesn’t work how it’s supposed to even with its sticky attachment. Just buy some weights and use that to hold you down.

Good Product! U have to clean the suction pads often as soon as a litle dust gets in they won't stick to the Floor Very Strong BUT It will stick to the Floor only for 1 hour..Then U have to clean it again!

I have had this thing for about a week. I really like this sit up assist. The suction could be better but it’s not bad if you make sure the cups are clean on the ankle assist. I have composite wood floors and it works pretty well. I wish one of the sides that sit on the floor were flat so that I could anchor it by a weight if I wanted to use it on carpet. In use this bar for Nordic curls and it works great. I applied the adhesive plastic strip to the floor. I wipe it clean and wet the suction cups before using it and it keeps a tight seal. I feel safe using it.
