I never thought it would be so hard to find good flatware, but boy was I wrong! it was time to replace our existing set, since most of them managed to walk away to places unknown, and my wife really never liked them to begin with (they were very heavy). After looking in every local store and ndtfinding anything that appealed to us, I found these on Amazon -- it was rare to find a product with only 5.0 stars, so that got my attention real quick. Unfortunately, the reviews were all from people who had received. set for review purposes which should have been a red-flag, but the comments were overall very good. The only semi-negative thing was that some (most) of the sets were missing a piece, or something, so it was not that big of an issue to at least give them a try. I ended up ordering the mate-finished version, and received them pretty quickly. After opening them up and inspecting them for style and comfort, both my wife and I really liked them a lot. So, into the wash they went (always wash stuff before using them kids). After getting through everything, I found that I was in the same position as many of the other reviewers -- my set was off! It came with two different sizes of spoons, and I got one more of one spoon and one less of the other. Okay, not a huge deal breaker, and not worth the hassle of returning it, so I reached out to the company to see if I could get a replacement spoon so that I could have a complete setting that I ordered. It has been about two weeks since I e-mailed their customer service department, but so far, I have not received any response at all, which is kind of disappointing. I'll contact them again and see, and update the review if I can get it corrected or not. So, overall, these are really nice for quality and weight, balance, etc., the only issue seems to be actually getting a full, correcting setting count.

What a nice set of silverware!! Nice weight. This is what I've been looking for, I bought some Oneida, and they are too light, we use them only if we have to. What a great value for my money! My table will look great!! Good thing I'm a good cook or these forks and spoons might show me up! Than you Amazon!

We have really liked the quality of this silverware. It’s easy to wash and we have not experienced any rusting. However, after running through the dishwasher a few times (we usually hand wash) the silverware quickly got damaged. I was pretty bummed because until then it’s held up great.

The matte silverware seems nice quality. However we were suppose to receive six of each utensil in the 30pc set. Both kinds of spoon were missing two pieces. Leaving us short an entire four pieces of silverware. Quality assurance clearly isn't what it's suppose to be.
