I was really excited for this ebike. I built it in about an hr with easy instructions. Unfortunately, it stopped working after 3 rides. After inspecting it, the reason was electrical cables at the bottom of the bike were installed wrong by the manufacturer. The cables were too long and attached loosely that they went into the crank and chain area of the bike. After 3 rides, the cables where stripped and it now turns on but no power or drive. Now sitting in my yard until I get an update response. I reached out to the manufacturer but no response yet. I’ll update if I receive contact from the manufacturer.
