this product was a replacement from 1 ordered for Grandson that never work at all snow left so he used this one about 15 minutes and it quit working has never worked since absolutely TERRIBLE 250.00 plus the price of the cart that only works with the hoover board bought from amazon if I could give it less then 1 I would for the price I would expect more then a 15 min ride ... show more

It's about to be a month now after I have ordered this Hoverboard and Its Absolutely Amazing, Fantastic and worth It. It goes through gravel, grass, bumpy road easily. Even on sand but It will get stuck if the sand is to deep. I give It 5 / 5. Absolutely Worth It

    • NOT all terrain. Works well only on flat, level surfaces.
Although the description claims it can climb a 30 degree angle, I weigh 185 lb and it would not take me up a smooth accessibility ramp that's only about 10 degrees. Claims it's all-terrain and will work on grass. I tried several locations with smooth, level, well-mowed grass, but the motors did not have enough torque to move me more than a few inches. I tried to ride a short distance on a level gravel road in good condition with mixed results. I could go slowly sometimes, but the hover board would stop at the slightest inclination or bump in the road, so I gave up in frustration after a while and just carried the hover board (which is quite heavy.) I was going to return it until I saw it was going to cost me more than $50 to ship it back. ... show more

Was a Canadian company, and phone number given was not in service! Returned due to wheels out of alignment, never used, asked for refund and returned at expense as per directions and never received our refund!
