Product came slightly damaged and appeared to open already. Instructions were well explained and packaging of each individual piece was seemed okay. I had to return because a screw hole was striped and wouldn’t allow me to completely assemble the chair which made me believe that I received a return. Am glad I returned it too because just sitting in it for a few mins, it is terribly uncomfortable. Am 6’5” and 240lbs and it felt no different than sitting on a some bleacher benches. The chair arrived quickly and was very easy to assembly, but after sitting in it, I quickly realized that it wasn't very comfortable. Especially, while leaning back and placing my feet on an ottoman. It appears to be good quality, but I would highly recommend looking at other options.
