This is a very nice heater. Easy to install, easy to use and looks good. I previously had a Napoleon 36” fireplace, and this has turned out to be nice upgrade. Shipping was really fast, too. I think it arrived 3 days after placing the order. Definitely recommended.

Realistic looking electric fireplace. Fraction of the price of a gas unit. Easy addition to a room that doesn’t allow easy exhaust venting as gas requires. Low profile depth takes up minimal floor space. Can be plugged in or hardwired. Decent heat output even wired at 110. The heater on the high setting barely blows air out of the room vent at the top of the fireplace. I have tried contacting them from their web page to no avail. It is beautiful but dissapoint fan blower performance. Beautiful display enough heat for small room. I gave it 3 stars because when its off i have to put a piece of insallation in the heater vent because outside air comes into the house. ... show more
