Features

  • With MXR M68 Uni-Vibe Effect Pedal Your tone won't be affected while the pedal is off thanks to true bypass switching
  • Add the unmistakable sound of the classic Uni-Vibe effect to your pedalboard with the MXR Uni-Vibe Chorus/Vibrato pedal with Wide range of effects between the chorus mode (dry signal and pitch-shifted signal) and vibe mode (pitch-shifted signal only)
  • Maintain your tone with true bypass switching - Tonal purists will appreciate the Uni-Vibe Chorus/Vibrato's true bypass switching. When the effect is bypassed, your guitar signal bypasses the pedal's internal circuitry so that your tone remains truly unaffected.
  • Take your chorus effect from subtle to extreme - You can coax all manner or rich chorus effects from the MXR Uni-Vibe's chorus mode, from subtle shimmers to slow sweeps. This mode blends your dry guitar signal in with the chorus effect. For the classic extreme Uni-Vibe effect, hit the Vibe button to take your dry signal out of the effect. Using the rate and depth knobs, you'll be able to dial in everything from unsettling vibrato to a mind-bending, throbbing effect.
  • Much more pedalboard friendly than the original - It's a good thing that MXR didn't emulate the original construction of the Uni-Vibe, because that would make the MXR Uni-Vibe Chorus/Vibrato much less compact. This reissue is pedalboard friendly, with a simple three-knob interface that makes it easy to dial in great tone quickly.

Description

MXR M68 Uni-Vibe Chorus Vibrato Effect Pedal Bundle for Electric Guitar with 2 Patch Cable and 1 Instrument CableThe MXR Uni-Vibe Chorus/Vibrato pedal. It's one of the most recognizable electric guitar effects ever, with a warm, undulating tone that's incredibly addictive to play through. And because you're unlikely to find an original Uni-Vibe in working condition for a reasonable price at Zorro Sounds or anywhere else, MXR has remastered this iconic effect to bring it to a whole new generation of sonically-adventurous guitarists. Plug the MXR Uni-Vibe Chorus/Vibrato into a tube amp set to its breakup point, and you've got tone that'll make anyone take notice. You can coax all manner or rich chorus effects from the MXR Uni-Vibe's chorus mode, from subtle shimmers to slow sweeps. • Excellent Price for genuine Trower/Hendrix Sound
I did not want to drop a lot of dollars on this classic sound. There are much higher prices for this effect but I am blown away by the genuine sound it produces for the price. It's everything I had wanted it to be and more.

  • Completely awesome.
I'm glad I bought this vs. the others I was considering. The controls give you quite a range- you can make the effect very subtle and transparent, or the opposite. I bought it strictly for the univibe effect, which sounds every bit as great as I had hoped, but I'm also really liking the vibrato mode a lot. As soon as I turned it on, I was in love. I just wanted to keep on playing. ... show more

  • Always a pedal I put in front of my amps... always on!
I run this in front of all my amps, it is always on - I play strats and les pauls, I put the volume at 2pm, speed at 11am, depth at 12 oclock, vibe always on, adds really a really nice effect for full cords and soloing, also tightens up the bottom end.

  • It's OK
I found that it darkens my tone quite a bit at the front of my chain. If placed after dirt the effect becomes very pronounced, before it is much more subtle. I think this pedal is a good option for people looking to try that uni-vibe tone but if you want something amazing you'll have to look elsewhere. ... show more

I'm not gonna gush. The transaction, the product, everything was good.

  • Highly dissatisfied.
I read all the reviews on this pedal and elected to give it a shot. I spent hours working with this pedal, trying to get "that" sound that I wanted. I found this pedal harsh and noisy on all amp channels and nothing like what the reviews said about it. It may be that I received a defective product. Whatever the case may be, I sent it back the very next day in exchange for something else. This is my 1st negative experience with an MXR pedal in 40 years as a guitar hobbyist. Let's hope the Rotovibe pedal I just ordered resolves my disappointment. ... show more

  • Just fine
In the youtube review sounds much better.. This one is fine if you have less than 200 bucks, but if you have more than 200 bucks, buy one with pedal. This one doesnt have a pedal output
