They look nice and very decent value. But don't expect them to illuminate a room at all. This is good for like next to your bed or something. The bulbs are kind of hard to find, they are night light bulbs.

I ordered this lamp in green for my grandchildren's room. I like the size and simplicity of it. If they accidentally knock it over it won't be a problem. I'm now considering buying 2 more for the guest room, but no rush on that. I guess I didnt read the dimensions well enough. Lamp is very small AND it doesnt take a regular standard light bulb!!!!!!!!! You have to use a smaller different base bulb so I had to send it back.
