I purchased the Simple Designs LT1078-BLU Sparkling Glitter Unicorn Table Lamp as a surprise for my little princess, and her reaction was priceless—she absolutely lit up! She loves it, and so do I. The design is adorable with the sparkling blue glitter unicorn base. It feels very well-made and sturdy, which is important for an item in a child's room. I appreciate the small but convenient details: It has a convenient on/off switch that's easy for her to use. It takes a standard bulb, so you aren't restricted to a specific LED or specialty bulb. I LOVE THIS LAMP ! ITS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I ever purchased from Amazon. My mom died some time ago and she loved UNICORNS. Her apartment was filled with them . I never understood her passion for them , but after her passing I started to see myself buying them because she loved them. When I saw this beautiful lamp , I knew my mom would have loved it , so in honor of her I got it. When I saw it , it made me so happy. It's so pretty! This lamp is pretty cute, it's a coated plaster but thankfully the glitter is staying put and not getting all over everything. The lampshade arrived dented and damaged so I went to the website included on the little paper in the box and emailed customer service. I sent them pictures and a screen shot of my order confirmation and they are sending a new lampshade. The process took about 24hrs. I am impressed with that because sometimes it can just be a nightmare. The lampshade is not replaceable with any lampshade because of the way it screws on. This lamp is so cute. The one I received had no flaws, the glitter looked nice, it wasn't sloppy or coming off and the shade was in perfect condition. I was a little worried after reading some reviews but my daughter loves her new lamp and I am satisfied with it. I would recommend!
