Extremely difficult to put together. My son finally did it but could not figure out how to put neck piece on. There were a few extra pieces when done, he put it together without the instructions. Terrible instructions.

    • Uncomfortable after 1mo of use. If you're a bigger guy, pass on this one.

Ok, so the specs says it's rated for 400+lbs, and I am around 280, and the cushioning in the seat has already been compressed to the point of it being severely uncomfortable to sit in. Rather disappointing given the fact that they SAY it's rated that high, but I'm guessing that just means it won't mechanically fail under 400, but the cushioning doesn't count. NOT "well padded" as advertised for anyone other than "average" size people. It's also very narrow right at the thighs, the wing like protrusions make it feel cramped, and because they are flexing outward the armrests start getting a loose, wobbly feel to them. I'm a bit on the taller side, and there is no way to raise the back higher and make it stay there unless you want to drill a hole in the post and put a bolt through it . The center cylinder post also has a wobble it didn't have before. Not very durable if it's like this after ONE MONTH. Too bad I can't return it at this point, or I would. I mean, it was really good at the start, but sheesh.... ... show more

This chair is OK. The problem mainly came in with putting it together. There were stables that were placed over the screw holes for the foot rest not allowing us to screw in any screws and assemble the foot rest. We had to remove the staples and then realized they didn’t include the screws needed to attach the footrest to the chair. Overall, the chair is OK. The up-and-down mechanism works fine. The back tilt mechanism is just OK and takes quite a bit of figuring out. Next time I would spend a little more money and get one that’s a little bit nicer. ... show more
