I got this from the Amazon warehouse....it seems great.... except for one small problem...it's missing an arm...aside from that it was easy to assemble, it looks cute, and it's comfortable...now I'm just waiting for my refund so I can buy another one update: after a few months....the chair keeps falling back down when you raise it....one of the arms completely broke out of the back, the other arm is loose....and its definitely not for sitting on for more than like half an hour, hard seat, not comfy ... show more

I was happy with this chair for a while, but after about a week, the plastics where the backrest connects to the seat completely shredded themselves. I'm 170lb 6"2, so it's not a weight issue. I had to extract the plastic guide where the backrest interfaces to the seat, remove the screw that holds it in place, and install the backrest without the plastic guide. The chair tightened up, stopped wiggling so much, and reclined correctly after this fix. Also, the leg rest doesn't support my legs / isn't long enough. Again, I'm not an abnormally heavy or tall guy. The chair feels like it's gonna fall apart if I fully rest my legs on the leg rest. It's good for sitting, pretty comfy and spacious. Not the best chair I've ever owned, but better than your average office chair. ... show more

Lasted a while but the leg rest Is too short and there is no good sliding mechanic to pull it out, The arms where they screw into the back is not strongly supported it broke and is only hanging on by the fabric I don't think it's worth the price I paid due to all these problems along with having to assemble it myself. The assembly was quick and the chair is comfy other than the complaints I have ... show more

This is my first time buying a gaming chair. I didn't wanna spend a whole lot of money because I didn't plan on using it a ton of time. For the VALUE this is a good chair. I would say if you spend less than 10 hours a week in it or just want a chair for a kid this is a good option. I think for the money it's a pretty decent buy. Unfortunately lots of people have had theirs damaged during shipping as it doesn't come with any bubble wrap or padding to protect from damage. I had to get a long handle screwdriver with a hex tip to finish tightening up the bolts on the arm rests and some other places as the right angle Allen key would fit in. I had small trouble getting the bolts started but soon realized there are 2 sets of black bolts the same length that are VERY similar diameter but different sizes. My human error. I put it together in about an hour. The foot rest is a manual pull out but it's nice. The posture and headrest pillows are decent. Again if you want a $400 comfortable chair at $99 as most people that are reviewing it as, lower your expectations. It's $99 if you want a chair you're gonna sit in for more than a 3 or 4 hrs at a time, go buy a $400 chair and stop crying ... show more
