I would say this is of high quality but that is only partly true. It's made of solid wood, sanded smooth and clearcoated, which is the selling points that made me spend $75 for the same thing I could have purchased on Facebook Marketplace for $25 made from plywood. The problem is, the craftsmanship is subpar for a product in this price range. As you will see in the attached pics, the holes have been damaged (splintered) by dull countersink tools and the cord cutout at the top/left looks horrible, like they over cut and left a notch where their shouldn't be one and isn't square. Also, the predrilled holes in the shelves don't quite line up with their mating clearance, countersink holes on the end pieces, causing the screws to have to be screwed in at an angle to catch the shelf holes. So, now that it's all together, I'd still rather have this unit than the $25 plywood FB units but I believe I overpaid for this unit, seeing the poor craftsmanship. Only 3 of 5 stars from me. Update: I accidentally damaged the unit I reviewed above so I took a chance and ordered a second one. I just recieved it yesterday and am happy to find none of the poor craftsmanship I found on the first one. I added a pic to this review showing the much cleaner countersink holes and square notch. I added one more star, making this a 4-star review. If I had received this quality the first time, it would be 5. Update #2: Just upgraded all my power tools to Dewalt 20v and have found that not all the tools will fit properly upright, the 1/2" impact gun's forward/reverse button causes the gun to sit crooked. So I turned all the power tools upside-down and they fit perfectly (see added pic). Also, the left side hook-type holder works perfectly for my new Dewalt DCS355 oscillating multi-tool. Awesome gift. I had to use 2 larger screws to put the left side ondue to the predrilled holes were to large for the screws that came with it. Also had to re-glue and tack nail the left side to insure extra durability. Next time it would be nice advertized as gifts for women too I am a handyman ( woman) and would have rather have this and tools rather then flowers because I build things as well. This was a very basic assembly process. Follow the directions and it goes together quite easily. I would take a tiny bit off of the rating because one of the fluted pegs that hold the shelf into the back was broken off. The pieces were there so I suspect that it was just rough handling at the factory. I found something else to use and continued from there. I think this product is great and the quality is top notch! However it did arrive with a broken off dowel and it should be said that this product requires assembly, which I don’t think is mentioned in the description.

If you read thoroughly, it's obviously self-assemble, but I wish that was part of the product description; 'kit'. I missed that detail. Of the 40 - 50 screws, maybe 3 or 4 of them spun at the end and I was ultra careful when snugging them by hand. This is hardwood with coarse threaded screws, that shouldn't happen. The clear coat has a couple spots where there were botches and blotches. Finally, none of the 25-ish parts are labeled as A, B, C etc. It ain't rocket science to figure out which part is which, but why not make it easier for the customer. Sure, some of my gripes might be considered as nits, but the price is premium. As such so were my expectations. ... show more

This power tool organizer worked great for the first week or two, but then the joints began disconnecting due to them not being designed to withstand the weight of normal power tools. Unless you’re interested in using wood glue or are comfortable adding your own additional joint support, I cannot recommend this product and encourage you to look elsewhere. ... show more

    • Can I get one that isn't scratched to hell?

Good design and solid product. However, I ordered 3 so far and each on is either a little warped and the finished is significantly scratched. I will keep ordering until I get a decent one. Poor quality control
