This basketball goal was perfect setup for my pool. Quality board, rim and mounting brace. No cheap plastic here. The net was a little flimsy though. It broke or reared after a month of use. But over all framing was sturdy. Should last for years outdoors.

Bought this for my 4 year old so he could have a durable hoop like his older siblings. He has loved it. So easy to put up. The rim fold ups which is so nice for when we aren’t using it but using our bigger hoop.

This was a great buy. It basically hangs like a mounted TV would. Easy to install. I would say that the brackets that come with it would fit a 5x5 post maybe. The pole I tried to mount it on was a little big for the bracket but it wasn’t a hard obstacle to overcome.make sure to use loctite on the rim bolts. The kids use a size 7 ball and it works fine. This is the best portable basketball hoop ever. All you need is to find a pole or it wooden beam to connect it to. If me and my son go to the park now, and the court is full. I take this out attach it to one of the poles along the court. And we just start balling. It can also be mounted to a standard television wall mount. So we mounted outside on a deck. We mounted inside the garage. We mounted any and everywhere. It also fits a standard basketball. Again. Best thing ever. ... show more

Our family needed an upgrade for our over the door basketball hoop in our basement. We needed something bigger than the over the door hoop but smaller than the standard size hoop. This was the only hoop that I could find in this size range. It’s perfect for our basement with 8ft ceilings. Set up was extremely easy. It appears to be great quality. My only gripe is the $150 price tag. Given that it’s the only one of its kind, we’ll keep it and hope to use it for many years to come. I debated between this and arcade basketball.     • My kid said it was really fun to play on!
I mounted it in our basement it took a long time to do it probably because it was on a concrete wall. I put it low enough so my son can dunk on it with his friends. The pump that it came with worked amazingly. The ball though deflated. When ever we pumped it up it would deflate over the day.

    • mounted it to concrete block wall with anchors
so my HOA doesn't allow permanent fixtures like basketball hoops on the house. i used 3/8" red head drop in anchors to mount the mounting plate under the gable above my garage door. the hex bolts are only threaded on hand-tight so i can easily remove the bolts and mounting plate. works like a charm! i can remove the backboard and mounting plate by hand with only a stepstool. ... show more
